Great food as always but the service from one particular employee was lacking quite a bit (attitide!) I don’t need to hear about your personal life while I’m eating in. Save that chit-chat with other employees for break time! And do not move a chair from my table WHILE IM SITTING THERE so you can sweep around me! Restaurants need to train their employees better and be more selective about who they keep.

Would have probably have a higher rating but last week I had horrible customer service. Over a coupon. Employee told me to call the corporate number and wouldn’t even try to help me. After all that the forgot some of my food. I would have spent the saved money on food there but my elderly mother was picking it up and I was trying to get her home.

Placed order through drive-thru and they forgot half the order. My fault for not checking before pulling off. However, no one is answering the phone and I’m not driving back. Funny part is the guy at the drive-thru almost forgot my tartar sauce and said he didn’t want me to return angry because he forgot my sauce. And I was none the wiser that they forgot the shrimps. All of them!
