They HATE serving customers after 8pm, even though they don’t close until 9pm. They’ll tell you that everything is “cook to order and will take at least 15 minutes” in an attempt to dissuade you from ordering. If you order anyway, you’ll likely hear them cussing about customers back by the fryer. One time, they even told me they weren’t serving food at that time (at 810pm). This is the only time of day that I’m near this store, but I’m done trying to go there since they act like this. I don’t want to risk my food having something done to it just because they don’t want to work the last hour of their scheduled shift.

Went through drive-through. After I paid I was told to pull forward, where I waited for over 10 minutes. The reason I waited was so they could bring my food along with the food for the two people that ordered after me at the same time. So by the time I got home, a 5 minute drive, my food was cold. I won’t be ordering from here again for a while and when I do I sure won’t be pulling up and waiting for other people’s food to cook.

Just placed a $70 pick up order went to the drive thru was yelled to that if we had a pickup order we had to go inside. Went inside the girl that was at the register was super sweet named Kori she was double checking making sure we had everything. The girl Shallen? Was cooking and at the drive thru was SUPER rude talking down to Kori telling her she needed to make sure she was counting right said she knew her and didn’t trust that she could count. Was yelling at her about sauces. Was yelling about our order in front of us to kori while we’re standing there looking at her. She was super rude and disrespectful. Maybe Shallen needs some extra training or doesn’t need to be working in customer service.

Everytime I go through the drive I am pulled forward by the dumpsters for 10+ minutes even if I am the only one in line and I’ve just ordered hush puppies, my husband just called to tell me the same thing is happening to him and they even told him why. When you are by the window you are parked on a sensor and they want you to pull forward so the sensor doesn’t track how long you’re actually being made to wait. They actually told him he was screwing up their times. HE was screwing up their times, as if THEY aren’t the ones taking 10+ minutes on every drive thru order. What in the actual eff.

The food isn’t bad but wait time is always insanely long for no reason, whether there are customers ahead of you or not. If you come to this location, be prepared to wait at least 30 to 35 minutes.
