It’s a typical Long John Silver’s. If you like them then you’ll like this one. Everything is just a little bit too greasy but when you’re in the mood for it, it just hits the spot. Everything of mine was good, hot, & brought out to my wife & I way faster than I anticipated. The fish & shrimp were crispy & not soggy, the fries were hot & crisp, the rice was seasoned quite well, & the hush puppies were fantastic. I do wish they would go back to the days of having ketchup & tarter sauce back in the pumps like they used to, it’s quite inconvenient opening 10-15 little packets of sauce & squeezing them into a container while sitting there staring & smelling you fresh food that has just come out. Over all it’s not a big complaint but it definitely is a hindrance.

The food was delicious. The family had white fish and or chicken and shrimp and clams and cheesecake. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant looked clean. The only reason for the 3-star review is the bathroom was out of order.

I have gotten messed up orders twice in a row from this place. The orders were through door dash but they only deliver the orders they don’t fill them. I called the restaurant both times and spoke to a manager. He told me not to worry my name is “in the book” and come back they will make it right. I was just there the workers didn’t know what i was talking about. And some guy came and said he was a manager but not the one I spoke to and refused to help me. The punk created a big scene. I asked to speak to the manager above him and he told me no and to call door dash who had already told me to deal with the restaurant.

I grew up going to long John’s they are so hard to find anymore. Took parents there. Food was great! But help was less than friendly. Worker brought food to table dad mentioned to her your out of salt at counter. Her reply is “so” How rude. Then we noticed the clock was an hour slow…time change was 4weeks ago. we also mentioned this and got who cares. Ok then. Then I go to the bathroom and let’s just say after washing my hands I had to use the door handle to exit. Thank goodness I had hand sanitizer in the car. It’s to sad we can’t find decent help these days and would not hurt for them to get a visit form upper mgnt. BUT THE FOOD WAS GREAT.

I visit once a month for my LJS fix. This location is always spot on. Friendly and efficient staff. The battered comfort food I am there for is always hot and fresh. I have gone to this location for 5 years and in all that time they have only made a mistake in my order one time! Pretty awesome for 60+ visits over time. They are doing drive through service during the Coronavirus and doing well at that, too. My typical order is a platter with drink. Cost of $10-12 and plenty for 2 to 3 meals.

The drive-through lady was extremely rude while ordering and picking up my order. Like I was floored. When I discovered I was not given the shrimp or, sides and too much chicken I went back through the line. She told me I was given what I ordered and had my sides still. When I asked about the shrimp, she said she would give it to me for an extra charge. No sorry about not having me items and I was just wrong about the order. Ya I’m good on that LJS. Won’t be back. She can be rude all she wants to everyone else.
