Sicking food the cook didn’t no what she is doing. Got orders mixed up, took fish out of the box threw them back in the fryer same with hush puppies. Didn’t cook the fish long enough. Gave some one else my dinner. Using her hands sicking. Needs to be shut down. I will not go back.

I had stopped by the restaurant recently and ordered at the drive-thru. After returning home, I discovered that most of my order was missing. I called the restaurant and explained the situation, and they said that they had given me someone else’s order. They said I could stop by or they could send me a card in the mail. I opted for the card in the mail, but after waiting 2 weeks, I stopped by the restaurant and told them I never received the card. The DM told them to make me a tray, and the woman told me I would still receive the card in the mail to use later. It’s been about 2 months and no card was ever received. So I stopped by yesterday and just wanted to finish out my gift card, which had $23.94 still on it. After they processed my gift card, they said that I had a balance due of $3.06. I paid cash, and asked if they had checked my order over. They said they did, and I went home. When I arrived home, I looked at my receipt and found that they only used $23.00 of my gift card and left $.94 on it. Why would they do something like that? Right now I feel like I was lied to about the card being put in the mail, and I am very disappointed that they left $.94 on my gift card.

Food was good, service was good but the speed of the drive thru needs some work. Sometimes it’s fast but most of the time it is slow. Foods always hot and fresh but seems as sometimes they just take a long time.
