I received an email offering 1 fish and fries for $2.99 when ordered online. I did just that. When the app went to the paid screen it stated that this value was not available at this location. So we went inside to get the $2.99 offer and was told we could not have the $2.99 offer, that we had to pay regular price. We were told that this location did not have the capability to do online orders and that there was nothing he could do about it. I asked why he couldn’t make an adjustment on the register and he said that was impossible to do. I do not know of a register this day and age that cannot make a price adjustment. He was rude and it was very embarrassing and uncalled for. Even two of the employees asked why a price adjustment couldn’t be done. He just said if we want those items, we would pay regular price. Even your online web pages advertises this location as taking online orders. I have eaten at this location ever since the Taylorville, IL store was closed and have never received this type of embarrassing treatment. We just turned and walked out. Not sure if I will ever go back. This location does not deserve even one star.

I was molested in their bathroom multiple times by the short male with long hair there he told me not to tell anybody and gave me a creepy look. But I will say he has a very small wee wee so I think I am fine. Just be careful.

Food is easy to make, not like you need a chef, so it was pretty good! Despite the 20minute wait for 2 tacos and the awkwardly rude cashier and cook, I’d return…but through the drive-thru. The 2 girls were obscenely rude. I even noticed before I ordered and prepared myself to be super polite, try small talk and be positive, even say with a smile at my table for the 21 minute wait on 2 salmon tacos. I wanted to go Karen so bad, but my day was going soooo good. So I stopped trying to be that guy and lift spirits, even though the store was fairly dead, and went and sat down. When I finally stood up after about 18-19mins, the tall one, basically ordered me to have a seat and she’ll bring it me ..okay…cool…Tacos were delicious. Glad I finally got to try them. Wish they still had draft root beer! I’ll be back to a different location to smash those tacos again tho!

Overall very good value for a fish/chicken combo. All fried items were hot & fresh. Cole slaw was very good. Has table and booth seating. Service was fast and competent. One of the best run LJS we have visited.

The roof looks bad, part of it is coming off and missing. Manager on duty was rude and disrespectful for no reason. Food was ok but not what I am used too. I work at a LJS before and I know for a fact this isn’t how it is supposed to be. I was a manager at that. Bathrooms was disgusting and smelled terrible. My overall experience was terrible!!! I want my money back but did not want to say it to the manager since he treated me and my family so poorly

Visited with some friends from out of town…Food was extremely greasy (tasted like old grease) and the hush puppies were over cooked to the point that they were rock hard. The restaurant wasn’t the absolute cleanest and it took forever to get our food, must have had to go catch it fresh from the sea Definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The French fries were surprisingly the best part of the meal.

While the service was average, that unfortunately was the only good point of the experience. The floor as soon as you walked in was a bit slick and slippery. The restrooms were not stocked with soap or paper towels. Condiment bottles were not wiped down and crusty.

Food greasy af almost thought I was going to have a slight heartache half way through my meal. Hush puppy’s were pretty much toast and I asked for crispys and did not receive them. Pretty sure I wouldn’t have wanted them anyways. I think you all need to get some new grease in them fryers frfr your food is coming out nasty . I’ve got to go and throw up frfr now! Stay safe out there.
