Went here because wanted fish went to order grilled meal was told grill food was not available at this time. Had to Order something else. Fine asked for cold mugs for root beer only had 2 there were 3 of us ok no problem. Get our food French fries are way over cooked and hard and dry! Needless to say spent $43.00 and food was lousy!! Won’t be back!!

We don’t have a Long John Silvers anywhere close and I consider it a treat when we are traveling and happen on one. This is an A&W/Long John’s and our chicken was delicious and I get to have A& W root beer as well. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning was out ice maker was empty food was way over cooked. Paid for a shake and float and no ice cream not sure if we got refunded for shake and float or if we paid for. Dinning room was filthy.

The cocktail sauce in our bag was popped open. When i grabbed it, not knowing, it got on my white shirt pand of course we were on our way out. After stopping to buy a new shirt I noticed every cocktail sauce packet had hard dry sauce on them and they were served as if its acceptable.

Terrible is the best description of this establishment. Very boring and food was disgusting literally the only thing that wasn’t gross was the root beer float. The fish was chewy and my food was reheated in a plastic container which I could taste. Everything was over salted and bathrooms were smelly. Owner needs to put money back into the place instead of pocketing it. Building needs updated and I feel sorry for the patrons that frequent this place!!

I have to edit my review. The past few times I was in there it was not great. The fish is usually good, if they didnt let it sit and get that chewy hard edges, but forget about fresh fries. This time we ordered 3 meals and the fries were chewy like 2 day old leftovers and for $45+ it should come with fresh fries. The guy didnt even question the fries when I mentioned it, he just brought us new ones. But that wasnt the worse part, if you go in there you will see that the place is completely filthy! From the bathrooms to the dining rooms. Dirt, grime, discolored spots, trash, dust, gunk and just nasty! I remember going there when it was primo and excellent. Its in such a shape that it needs to practially be tore down and rebuilt. Its the nastiest restaurant I’ve been in for years. I dont like doing negative reviews, but this is 110% warranted! I would hope they could do something to fix that issue. And if nothing else, if your going to charge primo prices for meals, please make sure that its at least clean enough in there to eat it. Terrible and sad!

Went there before the movies. Dining room filthy, ants crawling over tables that customers left their trash on. Floor sticky, trash on floors. The girl behind the counter was rude. The so called cooks yelling at each other. Wish i could give zero stars, but not an option.

My co workers and I have had nothing but problems with this location. The Employees are not helpful, they are always out of items, over priced for what you get and when you contact the corporate office they do not respond to your complaint. Go somewhere else Culver’s is good.

We were served raw fish and raw shrimp. The shrimp was so raw you couldn’t even bite through it. The party in front of us also had raw food. The employees were more concerned about showing each other videos on their cell phones then actually working. The kid behind the counter was making up every single excuse on why it wasn’t cooked thoroughly.
