Me and my family get long John silver’s all the time but this time we went and when we asked for the usual sea-share, we were told that they don’t have it anymore. Also completely left out one of the sides. Also, the tartar sauce containers were not even filled a centimeter. My aunt combined all of them and 9 containers added up to 2 cups.

I usually have great service here, but tonight I went through the drive-thru and the kid at the window was just rude. Acted like it was a major burden to have to take my order. I think he put in the wrong sauces on purpose. Guess I’ll be going to the store on North Maize from now on.

I came thru the drive thru just a few days a go and by the time I got there I realized I didn’t have enough money for my order. The man taking my money is name is Alejandro, his friends calling woohoo and his boss called him sneaky, he somehow cover the rest of my order and I was allowed to get my food he’s very nice and man and says he wants more hours at his job and he seems to really like it I told him I hope that this would get him a raise but he just wants more hours at work. We at lunch here yesterday and the service was excellent. The people were friendly and eager to please us. Brought the food out to our table quickly, and all at once. He brought us lots of sauces as well. The food was good too.

I’ve Been craving LJS for almost 6 months, as it used to Be 1 of the many favorite Restaurants I enjoyed. All I can say is: NEVER AGAIN. My wife ordered a 2 chkn 1 fish combo w/fries & slaw. I ordered a 2 fish 3 chkn w/Dbl fries. My hushpuppies were like crust Balls lol, no cornmeal in the center. The fish was overcooked & the slaw was so soupy & watery, it should’ve Been served as a Drink. On top of that, I Didnt Recieve ANY fries w/my order. It took over 20 mins to get our food..But By the time we got home & saw how janky our orders were, we headed Back to the store But they were closed. Worst experience I’ve ever had w/them, worst $24 we ever spent & I seriously understand why we only think of LJS maybe twice a year.
