Kind of in the middle with this place. First time eating here but decided to stop BC my son enjoys shrimp & fish. Place was empty, we were the only table. Food was quick & decent, service wasn’t bad. Place could use a deep cleaning & tables & floors looked dirty. Overall wasn’t bad but could use some improvement.

Building still needs some renovations, but food is always great! Staff was excellent and checked to see if everything was okay several times. Cleaned a booth for us as a couple left. They are obviously working on fixing the place up and it is very encouraging to see. Always a pleasant trip to LJS!

Poor service the person who took my order didn’t even ask me what I wanted I just started to order. Cashiers body language seemed like he didn’t care about being there. Got my order was missing some shrimp when I went to tell them he knew exactly how much I had and knew I should have gotten more we had finished our meal and still didn’t receive the shrimp till I went up to the counter and asked for it and the cashier kinda smirked and then the manager was like sorry I was like yeah like the cashier should be fired. Worst customer service and food quality was alright. Hadn’t been there in a while and man things have changed..

Had lunch here on 07/31/17. Food was all old and too crunchy. Service was slow. Restrooms were dirty. The girls restroom had half an inch of water covering the floor in half of it. Boys bathroom had. I soap. Terrible experience but at least the employees were friendly.

Food tastes good, but I have never gotten a correct order from there. The platters have never had the correct number of something, and they seem to think that chicken and fish are interchangeable because they always give you the right number of items, just never what you paid for.

Not very good, fish was dry or overcooked. Not busy but the tables also slighty dirty. Had to constantly ask for things like silverware, drink lids, and actually HAD TO ASK FOR A TABLE TO BE CLEANED ALL WERE SLIGHTLY DIRTY. Also not very welcoming.

High priced for unchewable food. Drive thru lights are never on after dark, location never has onions for onion rings and let’s not forget food should be CHEWABLE and not rubberized meat chucks that can’t even be cut with a good kitchen knife. Needs new management badly and some sort of quality control with ALL menu items. Went from eating there once a week to once a year. Now? I won’t even eat at one out of town because this location has ruined the idea of eating. Don’t bother finding new help, just shut the hole down. Make room for other businesses that can get it right.

My family and I had not eaten here in over a year and due to lack of options in Liberal decided to give it another shot only to be disappointed once again. The service is slowest in town. The building is in complete disrepair. And the food made us sick. It’s sad that we can’t have better food from a chain than this especially with as few restaurants as liberal has.

Sorriest place we have tried to date. Help was worthless, only received a part of what we ordered, even after we asked about the rest of what we ordered. Two guys were way more interested on watching their phones than customer service. A place to stay away from!!

On a trip through down we had decided to stop and try out this Long John Silvers location. We ordered a fisherman’s feast with CHICKEN and fries / cole slaw as my two sides, as well as a #3 combo with chicken, fish, fries, shrimp, and a side order of clams. Needless to say our order ended up at someone else’s table so we asked what the hold up was and they got the order wrong again, when my order finally came out it was 2 pieces of FISH not CHICKEN, fries, hush puppies and the clams (which were supposed to be on the other order and NO COLE SLAW!…) We ended up throwing more than half an order in the trash. The bathrooms are nasty with trash spread all over. I don’t think anyone who works here cares about the customers or their job. We definitely will NOT be back!
