Decided to go here for lunch today since I haven’t had this in a long time and was craving it. I was expecting it to not be as good as I remembered, but luckily I was surprised. The service was great, the food came out hot and fresh and was as good as I remembered. My go to here is the chicken, I love their coleslaw, and the hush puppies always slap. I’ll probably not take as long of a break from it again.

Usually this location is great but today not sure what happened. I put in an online order for pick up at 10:30 am. I’m on a break at work so I assumed it would be ready. I go to open the door and it’s locked the young lady that pulled up said they are not opening lobby til 11 which is confusing as I put in an order to be picked up. Then she gets inside I had to walk around to the drive thru window for assistance as I’m am in my work truck. She says the food is not done and that they are just now trying to open the store what an inconvenience to say the least! She said said it may be awhile as she has to open the store. I feel if a restaurant is not open they should not accept online orders as this is a big inconvenience for people who do actually work and just want a meal from a place that says it will open at 10:30. Not sure if I will even receive my food today or not as I am back in my work truck waiting!!!

They had to spend a lot of money to remodel this place and the food is still pretty good but it is super filthy. The floors appear to be mopped with straight cooking oil. The order counter is a wreck and it looks worse than a truck stop restroom.

The cod, hush puppies, and cole slaw were good. However, the tarter sauce looked like it’d been in the cannister too long (it looked spoiled, so I didn’t eat it). Also, what is with the prices??? $31 for 2 people to eat at a fast food restaurant?

A twenty+ minute wait at lunch in the drive thru for a #5 with no special requests is the first complaint. The second is, why the @#$! was my fish and hush puppies just sitting on top of the green bean container and not in a package of its own? Multiple visits over the past few months have shown me that this NOT the place to eat at lunch.

I placed an order online to be ready at 6:01pm. I arrived exactly on time. Walked in told him I had an online order in which I was told it would be awhile . So I took a seat with 5 other waiting people. Drive through was backed up as well. 25 minutes later my food was ready. It was hot and fresh but come on. I do not blame the 3 yes I said 3 employees that were working because they were doing all they could. When a restaurant is that short on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday I feel they should just go ahead and shut down because people are just gonna get aggravated. Do Better Management!!!

Best fried fish hands down. I ordered the 3-piece fish with fries and coleslaw. I had to wait about 5 minutes(read the whole review) but i did not mind. Fish Came out fresh and hot. My only minor complaint was they skimped on the french fries. I asked for more fries and they gave me more fries though. Don’t let them skimp on the fries. Great place definitely go back especially during Lent. You like my reviews please smash that thumbs up button and check out my photos.

Manager not a nice person missing have no fries. Asked for some extra sauces told her I would pay for them!! She should be fired! I am just being polite! But I will find the receipt it is in my vehicle as I am being disabled it will have to happen tomorrow take too much to get back and forth from my vehicle! Last time I eat there!
