Stopped here to get some fresh hot fish. When I ordered I asked if they could cook my order fresh they said yes. Before I pulled off I checked it, it was not fresh. Then when I asked the manager Jackie could they please make my order fresh and I told her I didn’t mind waiting. This is what she brought me to the car, fish not cooked all the way through. Very disappointed, all I wanted was fresh hot food that I paid for.

Fish had a great taste it was a little crunchy as it usually is, otherwise. that’s the best I’ve tasted it in some time from other locations. I don’t recall ever coming here. I’m over the road- van expediting. Also, the music was too loud. And with the screens for covid protection has some of the employees feeling the need to communicate very loudly and it’s nerve-wracking. But, overall a great experience and I know the staff did the best I could!

Food was great. Only issue I had was I paid for the person behind me (my husband) and received the receipt. When my husband got to the window they charged him again but didn’t supply a receipt. I had already received my food and pulled away. I called my husband to make sure he was ok and he had just received his food and was pulling out. He mentioned how he didn’t get any change back (his total was 18.00 and change) I told him that I had already paid for his food. He turned around and went back and had to honk at the door (he is an amputee and I had his walker) There person working the drive thru had pocketed his payment.

The restaurant is filthy and clearly not maintained, the bathroom is nasty, and it stinks inside the whole place. The lady who took my order was rude. The food was super greasy and soggy. I ate a few bites and threw it in the trash. Makes me think the kitchen is probably nasty. I will not go back. Go to Captain D’s instead.
