Food was ok di not trust the sauces left on counter and the ketchup had a funny taste. So we didn’t use any fish was ok and the shrimp was ok. Floor was super dirty looks like it was never mop and the railing around the service line was so dirty that you would not even touch it. White railing which was black. Tables might not have even have sanitizer used on them. Again food was ok and probably would have enjoyed it more if it was a clean establishment. Owner should check it out for themselves. Management should have already picked up on not being cleaned

Tried to go in to sit and eat at 7:20pm and the doors were locked with no sign saying why because they don’t close doors until 10 pm that is what the door says. so we had to go to drive thru and my food was over cooked and one little piece of chicken not even half of a breast and over priced.

Paid for the order and got home to find out they left part of the order out. I called the store and they asked my name and I asked if it was ok to come back up there and pick it up. When I got there they refused to give me the 6 shrimp they left out. Rude and slow service. I am sure I am not the only one they have done this too. Stay clear of this business!!

I shuddder to think how dirty the kitchen is; if the dining room hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Maybe surface cleaning but the floor is filthy. There was unswept trash in the floor under the tables.

The customer service is not good. The inside of the store is disgusting. I usually get my food to go, but after eating inside today, I probably won’t be back. The lobby and bathroom was dirty, filthy level dirty. I walked back out of the bathroom without using it because the toilet had clearly not been cleaned in weeks with the amount of stuff growing inside the bowl. The light was dim so it’s hard to see how nasty it was without the door cracked. If the employees are cool with the lobby looking like that then I’m afraid of what might be going on in the kitchen.

The place was not wiped down at all. Seats were sticky, the tables weren’t cleaned off, floors were not swept literally a dead roach was on the floor, but the food was okay.
