First let me say that I am a huge fan of Long John silver’s. Unfortunately the chain continues to tailspin downward. We traveled about 70 mi and ate at the Fort Smith location. We clearly caught them on one of their worst days. First, the soda machines were not working so the drinks had to be hand prepared. Several of the tiles were missing from the floor and there was standing water where the tiles what’s stood. A horrible stench permeated the dining area… but the onslaught of flies made dining extremely unpleasant. Unfortunate that this chain is quickly heading to its device.

The fish looked and tasted horrible. It had black particles fried into the batter. And it was old. Someone told me that the bottom of the grease wasn’t skimmed.There was old dark brown fries in my order. I called back today because I wanted a refund but the district manager said that I needed to bring the food back. I threw the food into the trash.

I ordered one piece of fish. Cost me nearly $4 but then I waited in the drive through I’m guessing close to 15 min. Couldn’t help but notice the building is run down and in poor maintenance. Almost decided to drive off bc if the building looks like that on the outside, I had to wonder what the inside was like…

Terrible customer service. Firstly, they were out of the lobster bites. Secondly, their payment machine wasn’t working, so we literally had to drive five minutes away to a bank to get cash, any other place with decent customer service would have just given the meal and apologized for the inconvenience. If my kids weren’t hungry for this food, I would have just driven away.

Asked me what sauces I wanted them after I told them I made the mistake of not checking which I know better than not to but needless to say I had to go back to get sauces bc they did not put them in the sack. Not a great big deal just basic human error but annoying to say the least. I’ll take 50 % of the responsibility though bc I did not check my order. Other than that it was all good.

The facilities was extremely hot and the staff was exhausted. The cashier said she hadn’t had a break all day!! We felt sorry for the girl behind the counter. The amount of money we spent we could have gone to Red Lobster instead, very disappointed with our visit!!

Was the worst service that I have ever had . The employees there are very rude and mean . The manager was super rude and could have cared less about anything . She even went as far as throwing our tray because we were not seated when she came out with our food . They put 2 different orders on the same plate . The food was cold and disgusting. When we told her she proceeded to give us more cold food . We told her we didn’t want cold food and she started laughing . I have told everyone about this and will continue to tell so they don’t go there . There were others I talked to that said the same thing will never go back again .
