TERRIBLE! We were served “fish tenders” that apparently come with the family meal and it was black fish. We ordered 4 fish and 4 chicken and the chicken was great but not the fish. When we took it back to the front register to have it corrected and have our fish replaced with non – black fish we were told no that the meal come with that specific fish and that they would re-cook it but it had the same results. Needless to say I wouldn’t eat it and my dogs got to eat my dinner. Terrible service and horrible food. I always liked ljs too what a shame

Ordered my food and came to the window like instructed over the intercom, waited close to 5 minutes before someone finally came to the window the “manager on duty” came and said took my card.. I asked him was they busy because no one had came to the window for so long which he said he was cooking the food so it would be fresh. His attitude was completely unprofessional and so was his appearance, his hair was longer and was not tied up. He lefted to get our food coming back over 10 mins at this point, asked me what sauces I wanted which I responded and he stopped and looked at me as if I was wrong for saying what I wanted, at this point I asked him who was the manager which he responded him. This has got to be the worse visit I’ve experienced at this location, very rude and unprofessionally dressed manager on duty ever. I thought food service people has to tie their hair up if it touches the collar, guess not at this location

Horrible. Our fish was black on the inside. They cooked us new fresh ones that were still black or “dirty”. The rest of the food was way below standard. Service was slow and even brought to their attention and still not corrected…..not happy

Sign says under new management. I arrived to eat at around 3:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday. No other customers. They had my food ready and it was hot before I could fill my soda cup.

I’ve stopped here four times. That was 4 to many. Horrible service, bad attitudes. Food was cold. Restrooms are always dirty,floors are sticky,seats are tapped together with duck tape,super glue, and bubble gum. Just seems dirty. I will never return to here again.
