I hate to do this because I like long johns but my experience was horrible.. 1st red flag was the young lady had her back towards the door leaning on the counter and was talking to someone on the phone about not wanting to be there that day. I ordered thru doordash the food was so nasty and not eatable and made us sick shrimp was uncooked the fish tasted like it was dipped in salt the chicken too the rice was very cold the corn was burnt and had too much salt it in too this place is going to kill someone. I had to throw away 130 + dollars worth of food in the trash. This makes no since at all

Never in the history of Long John Silvers have I ever had food that wasn’t freshly cooked and piping hot…. until today. Not sure if they even have a microwave but my fish was definitely like it had been. The guy that took my order was upset at someone apparently and the lady at the window must’ve had to come in on her day off. Wasn’t a happy Friday for anyone I guess.

Pull up to the restaurant and they were closed so I had to go through the drive-thru no problem. I was looking at the menu and then trying to order and the girl kept shouting to me she couldn’t hear me to drive around. Aunt remind me to order but she had no manual for me I was at the window. So I ended up ordering a root beer float and told her she lost out on an order. She did give me the root beer float for free but I was so aggravated that you couldn’t take my order. I feel this place is very unprofessional
