This place is so hot and the food tastes like it has been sitting for awhile. I got the CFS special. I know not to expect much from this, but it tasted frost bitten and my husband got a fish and chicken platter. The chicken definitely tasted like it has been sitting for along time. My husband said the fish was fresh and the Cole slaw was pretty good, but all and all it was a bad experience and the lack of air conditioning was terrible during the summer

Food is fine but customer service was bad. I could hear the girl taking orders being nasty to the car in front of us. I asked if they could make our order extra crispy. She told me no. I asked why and she said “no, we don’t do that.” When she handed me my drink the lid popped off and spilled all over me and my car so I asked for napkins. She grabbed some and then started talking to another employee while I sat in my drink watching her. When she finally handed me the napkins I asked for a new lid. She said “okay but they are all like that” with attitude. The lid was cracked but she didn’t bother to see that. Wish we had gone somewhere else.

The restaurant was dirty, with only 1 clean table. The seats look like they haven’t been wiped down in a very long time and are grease stained. Ordered to eat in but the food was crammed into a box. They apparently only have 1 size box, regardless of what you order. We asked for a plate and were told they only give plates on request. The majority of the condiments are kept behind the counter and you have to ask for them. The tartar sauce had been put in a little plastic cup, but none of the cups had lids on them and there was no date showing when it was put in the cup. Several of the customers there at the same time had issues and when one customer asked for the phone number to the corporate office, they said they didn’t have the number. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because the food was good.

Although service was awesome. Very Friendly service. The Food aweful. I ordered the three peace Fish and I’m not sure what is going on with the fish batter but it seems to be very thick and crunchy on outside but doughy on inside. Another bad is no flavor anymore. I don’t know what’s happening to Long John silver’s, use to be one of my favorite but I guess I can remove it from my list of favorite. . Also air condition needs fixing. It was hot .

They like to take their phone off the hook all the time so you just get a busy signal when you call. They regularly tell me they can’t sell any long John silver food only chicken. They regularly run out of tartar sauce or other sauces for the KFC food. The worst managed restaurant I have been to in my entire life and it has been like this for a couple years. Please fire your general manager and get a new one. If it’s not the general manager’s fault then corporate needs to come review your location and revoke the franchise owners license!

I don’t personally live in lindale but was craving chicken and fish so I stopped. The whole experience was awful, they parked every car that went through the drive thru and there were like 5. We finally got our food and the kfc chicken was slimy and the ljs chicken was hard as a rock we couldn’t eat it so I went in and requested fresh chicken. I didn’t mind the wait Bc I wanted it fresh but literally no one had gloves on especially the people handling the food, nobody had a hair net on, the floor looked like it was covered in a layer of grease and only one person had non-slip shoes. Everyone else were just sliding everywhere. The sweet tea tasted sour and watered down at the same time. To make it worse only one person had a mask on and we are in the middle of a ongoing pandemic. I feel that if I didn’t go inside I would’ve never know what was going on inside and I will never be going back to that restaurant again. My not going back probably doesn’t matter much but I’d like to let others aware that the state of that restaurant is literally awful. Literally none of the workers look like they care and I would’ve called corporate but the boy in the window refused to give me my receipt. 100% my worst experience.

Food was fine, but the people, not so much! They overcharged me, then took 3 workers 10 mins to figure out what they owed me! Then, we got fries instead of the mashed potatoes we were supposed to get and our biscuits were missing. When I told them they messed it up, they put the biscuits in a box and handed it off to me, no apologies, no smile, no nothing, just “here”! What a mess! The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was bc the food wasn’t bad.

Got KFC. They had no fries and were out of several drinks. The mashed potatoes were instant and runny and flavorless. I watched the voy mix them up. The chicken tenders were n9t even hot. The restaurant was dirty as well as the bathrooms. The service was horrible and I will be contacting the GM and not returning.

Went through the drive thru around 9:00pm after working late. There was only one car ahead of my, and inside was empty. Got my order in, paid right away, then asked to pull around the front and wait for my order. I sat there for 15 minutes before parking and going inside. Turns out they had one large order of chicken in front of my fish order. Now I thought they they had to have separate fryers for the chicken, fish, and shell fish… And they should have told me that it was going to be 15 minutes before I ordered… Anyways, I asked for my money back, and went across the street to Taco Bell, and got more food for 1/3 the price. Haven’t been back since.
