Well about 3 weeks a go I was visiting this place and I was amazed service, food was amazing and I convinced my wife to go back again to try their food! Well here comes my desapointment again I walk in with my family to enjoy a nice dinner we walk in and for the next 5 minutes ( it was longer ) I even yell HELLO 5 times I heard a guy ( cook ) on he’s phone. no employees in the front to greet not one employee on site well after fell like a nobody in this place just standing there with my family was not a good filling well we walk out to the car when to the drive thru and some one answer I ask for corporate office number and 4 employees pop out from the back like why? Just noticing that one time I was amazed the next well old expectations were back sorry long John silvers you dropped the ball big time! Sorry I stop by and give them another chance!

While waiting for a haircut nearby decided to take a walk to this location having not visited in a couple years. Decided to give it a chance because there was that little bit of nostalgia from back in the day I was hoping to capture. Nope I was extremely disappointed. First off the prices do not reflect the quality of food whatsoever. $12 for a couple pieces of soggy shrimp and 2 sides everything tasted like it was sitting out. I was the only person in there too it sucks that they couldn’t fry anything up fresh nothing was crunchy. All in all my fault for having high hopes for this place it was awful never again.

I stopped there for lunch yesterday. Around 1pm, customer service was awesome, I didn’t catch her name but because of her hospitality, and the great service, good food I will be returning next week when I come back for training. I was there again today and they are still amazing at that location. If I could give more than 5 stars I sure would. I will continue to bring my clients to THIS location!

I can not believe the disrespect of this establishment! The audacity of one of the so called managers was beyond disrespectful. After getting home with our order we sat down at the table and noticed that several items were missing and some of the chicken we ordered was burnt. We called the establishment to get the missing and burnt replaced. The “manager” immediately took to defense and took no responsibility saying “I personally packed that my self and I know everything was there and nothing was burnt.” I could not believe what I was hearing. The conversation went on she would not take responsibility for anything but said we could pick up the items. After eating what we had in front of us a family member went to pick up the missing items all to be harassed by the “managers” boyfriend who was inside the restaurant. While waiting for the items my family member felt very unsafe and left as soon as possible. This is entirely UNACCEPTABLE.

Fish was good. Hush puppies were great. Super friendly and fast service. Place kinda smelled like diapers. Found a table where the smell wasn’t strong and had a great meal. Probably just a stinky previous customer. Great example of a LJS otherwise.
