We looooove Long John Silvers!! We always have good food and the iced tea is amazing. The only reason I’m giving a 4 is because sometimes their pieces of chicken are so tiny!!! And the floor is always sticky/greasy. But this place will always be on our list when we are in town!

We got our food from Drive Thru, we got 1 meal & we had to go back to get the rest of my food since it wasn’t all in the bag. It’s expected to have your complete order before driving away.. & when we returned they knew they made a mistake because they had the remaining amount of food on a baggie but why wasn’t it in my original bag!!! It wasn’t busy & the choice wasn’t difficult so there should have been no issues but it was enough to make me NOT wish to return.

I went thru the drive thru and was disappointed by the lack of customer service and the poor food quality. The fish was so greasy that I was sick the next day. I tried removing the batter, but it was not helpful.

It’s still good food, just a Lotta bit rundown on the building and upkeep, still okay food, lott microwaves in back of the kitchen, deep fried mostly, very, very small kitchen, interior ad exterior looks wrecked, dusty great feeling, bad needs everything fixed. The whole building needs a remodel. Employees suffering every day in that joint, not their fault.

Always good, mostly… first time in many many many years, that I wasn’t fully satisfied with food or to wait out front for 25 minutes. 16 piece fish/ chicken was rushed, breading was wet and oil soaked, barely a couple crispy pieces. To top it off, coleslaw was dry and not good. 1 time, every 100’s of times I’ve been there it has been bliss, coleslaw and everything on point.

It took 30 mins to get my order, then they bring me overcooked chicken. This was not the best I have ever had. Then the server said after bring me better cooked chicken the other had been over cooked. Fried were greasy on top of that. I have had much better service.
