There was only 4 customers ahead of us and after receiving our food there was only one clean table in the whole place for us to sit and the floors were dirty and a couple of the employees were using profanity while talking to each other. The best we could tell employees are not doing their side work and neglecting their job duties.

Very friendly workers. There was only 2 people working and had a huge line in driver thru and several inside. I was apologized too many times for how slow it was. The two guys worked the whole time together quickly to get food cooked took orders and made sure it was served hot.

It’s a gamble when ordering fries… Waiting to know if there fresh or recooked from a earlier order. And here lately the kiosk isnt working. I love long John silvers food tho. Wish they would get the kiosk back working.

Service was okay. Didn’t get any of those little crunchy things with my meal and I love those. Forgot my hush puppies that came with the meal but got the extra order of hush puppies right didn’t understand that. Food was good.

My brother and I stopped in here for dinner today. There where I met Juan Lopez, this guy took our order and while we were eating. I watched this guy sweep and mop the floor and started cleaning the men and women’s restroom me. This guy to me makes this restroom friendly, Hygienic, and the manager should be damn proud to have such a hard worker, working for this establishment.

What a joke of a place. Stopped through on our way through town took almost 30 minutes to get order. Order taker lost,could care less about her job, real lazy type. Place was filthy. Most patrons that were in there with me all making some kind of comment about service and employees. Only my 2nd 1 star rating ever for anything.

Really long wait in drive thru: 45 mins before moving 1 step closer to pick-up window (there were only 3 cars { I being #3}, total). 55 mins to reach window, & another 10 to receive my order, & head to the house.

Horrible, just horrible!!! Came out of Vernon, TX to eat, waste of time and money! Onion rings were way over cooked and cold, fish wasn’t fresh and batter on shrimp was soggy. Horrible service and horrible food!! I am not ever one to complain about food and service like this, but it was that bad! NEVER AGAIN!
