Must be new management because normally I am very pleased with this location. However this time, even though I was willing to wait, then did not want to cook my food fresh. After getting my order, I also noticed a 15 PC sea share shrimp was missing. They did correct that but refused to correct the shrimp that was not cooked fresh which was overcooked and dark. I was not pleased with the managers attitude as it was basically take it or leave it. So I left it.

Very oily food. Been eating Long John Silvers faithfully. This location is usually not bad however, this time all of my chicken, fries, and shrimp were extremely oily. The batter tasted like straight old grease and I tasted the oil 4x several hours after eating the food.

Im sitting here waiting for my food, because I noticed the 2 cars that were in the drive through were sitting there for at very least 20 minutes, and good thing my children aren’t with me, the language spewing from the kitchen is pretty atrocious. Sounds like some sailers back there. What I dont understand is the wait involved for deep fried frozen food. Always an endeavor. Of course they forgot my fries. $18 and no fries.

I was always a fan of this food franchise until my recent visit here today on 8/23/2023! Prices on everything went sky high and all entrees are extremely greasy to the point of gagging! I got the 8pc. shrimp dinner layed on a bed of rice with about 10 french fries and a small dish of coleslaw! At $10.89 portion was small and tasteless! Had to get 2 extra chicken planks to curb my appetite and they were very greasy! My wife got the 2 pc. fish meal and was greasy also! My advice is to go to a good fish place and get some real greaseless food! Long Johns was my favorite years back but no more! Too greasy and pricey!!! GREASED OUT FROM HOPEWELL—- LARS COX!!

Sit at the speaker for 10 minutes, then walked up to the store. Watched a young boy make his drinks and empty the tea. Knocked on the window just to de ignored. Finally called the store and a young man answered and said “usually smart customers see the speaker realize the speaker is broke and pull to the window, you can place your order now.” There was no “speaker is broken” sign up. Also the car right in front of us just ordered with the speaker. Poor service. Very disappointed.

Worst food I’ve ever paid for. Everything was sitting there ready, probably had been for an hour. Received cold fish, hush puppies and fries. The burger I had to spit out, it was not only old but it tasted like only ground beef. No seasoning, just rubber like cheese. Was no where near the $22 plus tip we paid. Actually made me tear up that we even paid. This place should no longer be open to the public. Random people walking into the back. Touching money then food. I wouldn’t feed this to any animal, Steer away at all costs.

I ordered a two-piece fish with fries and hush puppies. I asked for extra tartar sauce and one packet of malt vinegar. What I received in my bag when I got home was a two-piece chicken with zero fries, two hush puppies, and a container of coleslaw. I had about eight vinegar packets and two tartar sauce packets. Struck out on all levels. This was after a 20-minute wait at the drive-thru for my food. There was one car in front of me in line.

Trash food. Waited 10 minutes just to order with one car in front of me, then waited another 15 to get my food. The chicken was great…fresh out of the fryer. The fish must have been bought from the Shop n Save refrigerated section and placed right in the box. Cold, greasy nasty.
