At times like these, I feel like we are hard-pressed to find surviving A&W/LJS locations left that are in good condition. It was nice to kick back in a fast food eatery that I visited in my childhood, and the service was excellent. The (I can only assume) manager came to our table while we dined to ask how our meals were like any fine dining establishment, and the food was great. All served to a nice warm temperature with all of the condiments available. Only downside is some of the interior was looking a tad worn, and the little girl on the mural in the center of the store gave me the heeby jeebies. The server working at the counter gets mad bonus points for laughing at my pirate impersonation whilst I ordered my strarrrrrrrberry lemonade (which was delightful btw). We rang the bell for good service on our way out.

Came here for my birthday since I havent had Long John Silver’s in years. Really respectful staff, and my food came out fresh. Plus, when it was ready, one of the staff brought over our food (which is something that fast food mobile orders give, not what is the norm here) and that was a nice surprise given the streak of bad experiences I’ve had at other places besides here lately. Rang the bell on my way out. Had a great meal, great service and I’ll be back.

I eat out a lot. From fast food to fine dining. Surprisingly had the best service here that I’ve had in a long time. Didn’t get the name of my cashier, but she was absolutely fabulous. If she wasn’t a manager she needs to be!

Ordered two sea shares at drive thru. Chicken and shrimp. Only waited about 5 minutes at window when bag was handed to me. Drove straight home and when I opened bag there was no napkins, no condiments, the shrimp were small and tasted like they were cooked the day before. The chicken looked like battered fish and also possibly cooked the night before. This isn’t the first time I’ve received poor service and food at this location. Guess I have to travel to the one in Tarentum/New Kensington from now on. Never had bad food or service at that location. They are 30 minutes away but worth the drive now.

There are literally promotions for popcorn shrimp going on right now and there was nothing on the menu indicating any promos. I asked if they had popcorn shrimp and they acted like I was crazy.

Great customer service! Guy at the front counter gave me a nice warm greeting when I walked in. He was very friendly. My order came out really fast and everything was cooked perfectly. He even hooked me up with the cocktail sauce I asked for even though “there’s a severe shortage and he’s only supposed to give it to people that ordered shrimp.” It’s the little things that win me over. Thanks for the great experience.

Gotta say this food was awful it actually immobilized me for about an hour. Left me with an awful stomach ache. Also left a weird film of grease on my mouth? But for some odd reason I found myself craving it again. Weird. All I can say is I do not recommend eating this to anyone unless you’re a fan of syrupy soda and films of grease.
