The review for this restaurant got completely carried by A&W this long John silvers like almost all Long John Silver‘s locations was dirty gross,and extremely unhealthy and unfresh however on the other side of things. Although the burgers from A&W we’re not that good their cheese curds and root beer was amazing so if you go here do not go to the Long John Silver‘s and just go to the A&W.

Pulled through drive through. Ordered one chicken meal and extra order of fries. They told me to pull around the front of the building behind the car in front of me and they would bring it out. I was soon followed by a third car. They finally brought out my food and the car behind me and i heard her tell the people in front their fish still wasn’t done. The food was pretty good but they take the ‘fast out of food.’ The exterior could use a little help, too!

The lady never gives me tarter sauce. I always have to drive back around and get tarter sauce. Today I ordered two orders of popcorn shrimp, because my mom was with me. They gave me one box. I went back around, a third time, and they said that they combined them into one box. Why would they do that? Now I have to divide lil shrimps between two people. Insane.

Absolutely terrible. Took 30 minutes to bring out or food. Our order was messed up. Everything was saturated in grease so bad that grease was dripping off our french fries and the breading was sliding off the fish and chicken.

Usually great food but today I couldnt even eat mine! The fish was old and overcooked and the hush puppies were cold and very hard as well. The A&W root beer float was good and quick service.

Awful. Sloppy and dirty and clueless people. Check your order before you drive off if you’re brave enough to try this particular location. They’ll also never give you condiments and the last time I was there I’m pretty sure I saw a roach run across the inside of the drive thru window so we haven’t been back. Don’t need any crunchy fried roaches in my chicken thanks.

I don’t really care for fish but the food from A&W was not bad. However the best part of this location is the old-style A&W root beer. The prices were alright for the food. They are usually not too busy so you can usually get your food pretty fast. The restaurant is also very clean which is always a plus.

Place is a hot mess starting from the 2nd you pull on the lot, the grass/weeds are 6 inches high. The lot itself is a broken up mess as you work your way around the lot you can see the windows are filthy. Once in the drive-thru upon placing my order an pulling around to the window the gentleman didn’t greet me he just stuck his arm out repeating to me my total. My order was supposed to consist of three medium drinks of coconut shrimp meal a 15 piece battered shrimp & the chicken tender meal (well there version of it) An additional order fry an order of hush puppies and a large coleslaw. The gentleman who handed me one small bag thanked me and told me to have a nice day I looked at him and I said there’s no way this is all my food and I asked where are my three drinks while I went to look inside the bag? He asked me what my drinks were supposed to be I went ahead and told him then started to check the bag I had both orders of shrimp & the chicken tenders w/ it’s order of fries. I was missing the hush puppies and order of fries a small coleslaw a large coleslaw. it didn’t take the gentleman very long to gather the other half of my items to complete my order. This is my first time leaving a review based on my experience this is the second time in the 13 months that I’ve visited this location both times missing items and having pretty poor service. This store really needs to step up there game!

We haven’t been to an A&W in a long time. This one is paired with a Long John Silver. The food was good- typical LJS but overall good, and hot! The restaurant was clean, staff friendly, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Te restaurant was decorated for fall – a nice touch.
