Went there on June,1st , ordered grilled salmon rice bowl. Was told they didn’t have any salmon. When we got to the window we asked when they expected more salmon. We were told they have salmon but it’s frozen. They said they that they don’t sell much of it so they don’t thaw it out. We said we would be back tomorrow (Friday). We returned on Friday and was told that they don’t have any salmon. Asked to talk to the manager and was told the manager wasn’t there. . Update i returned to Long Johns Silver on Monday June 12, 2023, ordered grilled salmon rice bowl,southwest and was told they only had Baja.. I ordered and went to window and paid. Five minutes later they come to the window and said they would have to return my money. I asked why and they said they didn’t have any salmon thawed out. How convenient.

I mainly like the batter that the fish is cooked in. My fish however this time was a little soggy. I asked for extra drippings they gave me some but not very much. Just like everyone else the prices have gone up. Not sure the prices equal the quality of food.

Been there several times my fault I will never go back again ordered. Fish and chicken meals and didn’t get half of my orders. No hush puppies b**** no corn. No tartar sauce no condiments whatsoever and a hard way to go. I would recommend that nobody ever go to this long John silver’s ever again or any other for that matter of fact causing out of the other have any better. Service than that 1 the kids that are running these places now. Are not supervised by no other than just other kids and your nationalities? Nationalities certain ones are bullied and the others and they’ll run them anyway they want to. If you don’t like what I have to say about this you can k*** m* a**.

Who changes oil at 6pm. Was told itll take 15 to 30 mins. Pretty sure that’s around time ppl coming home from work looking for food. Almost like yall don’t want yo make money. The dine room isn’t open at that.

Honestly the food was mediocre and the service took forever. Employees kids took over the dining room and everybody in the parking lot including Employees looked like they were tweaking. I don’t leave bad reviews often but this place was mad sketch.

Ok there is a big issue with the u can only get a small fry even with a large combo meal the are awesome but ur not really going to get alot of options I think there are like 6-8 options on there menu and there biggest buger combo is like 11$ and like I said u are getting like 10 …Also when I went there yesterday I really wanted a rootbeer float and there ice cream machine was down so then I was kinda wanting to just pull off and eat somewhere else because THE ROOTBEER FLOAT is what makes A&W standout from the rest
