WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE GOING BACK!!! I placed my order with the person and at first she was nice but then kinda got rude with me. We sat for about 10 mins waiting for our food. When we got our order it wasn’t correct. They completely gave us things we didn’t order and didn’t give us what we ordered. When I approached the employee about it she argued with me. Then she reprinted my receipt and what she put on it was absolutely wrong. I said I didn’t order a few of the things she had on my order and she said well I repeated the order back which she absolutely did not. 100% dissatisfied with this location and won’t go back. Were there an option to give negative stars 100% my rating would be a -5.

Wow what a horrible person at the window today. I wanted the grilled shrimp. And a order of hush puppies. She took it up on her self to not give me the green beans and replace them with 6 hush puppies… I wanted the shrimp basket with green beans and an order or two hush puppies. Wanted 3 cocktail sauces I was told they were almost out of it if I wanted more I’d have to pay for it and She gave me the side eye as if she really didn’t want me to buy one while I was talking to her she kept walking off to talk to the customer at the box so I ask for sweet chilli she said I’d have to pay for it I said ok she walked off..I just drove off she didn’t even give me my receipt. I will not go back. 6 bucks for this and 6 awful tasting hush puppies…We need a real seafood restaurant in this area I wish captain D’s would rebuild…I’m done with this place

Very negative atmosphere. Employees are either rude or grumpy. I feel like I paid $40 to become upset. Oh, and the food was horrible. Very upsetting, that was once a magical place and now it’s crapshoot.

My recent visit has been the worst of them all, I sat in the drive thru waiting to be waited on for over 10 mins people were beeping the horn bc taking so long, I said hello and was told to wait a min, a sign is there saying if no one answers you within 2 mins please pull to window, so that what I did and then had to wait longer due to them taking order from vehicle that was behind me. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The place is disgusting. Food was nasty and order wasn’t even correct. The men’s bathroom doesn’t even have door handles, or soap… if you use the soap dispenser water comes out. I felt like I needed to walk through a car wash when I left there and get my stomach pumped.

Made me so sick! The coleslaw was sticky like I don’t know how to explain it! So I didn’t eat that. The hush puppies were the only thing that tasted normal. I have screaming diarrhea and vomiting! Never going back. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

Took me over 20 minutes just to get them to understand that I was ordering the $33.95 family deal. Then I get home, 30 minutes away and discover they didn’t put the shrimp in. She said they couldn’t take it off my card that she could only leave me a coupon for next time. There will be no next time! I just paid $34 for 4 pcs of very tiny chicken , 4 pcs of fish and two sides. What a rip off!!!!!!!!

I hadn’t eaten here in a long time. I remember why now. First off, I had to pull over and wait in the drive thru for my order. I didn’t mind that because I ordered for a family of 5 and I figured they had to make a bunch of it fresh to fill the order. I was wrong. They just made one box of fries and the rest of it was old, cold and soggy. The bowl I ordered looked nothing like the picture. It was basically a bunch of shrimp on a bed of rice with some lemony stuff dumped on it. I paid over $30 for what looked and tasted like hours old greasy food . I guess it’s so expensive because it’s antique. Nope. Never again.
