I haven’t been here for several years. I wasn’t sure at times if the dining room was open. I just saw people going through the drive thru when I went to Kroger. I decided to stop by one night. I ordered the 2 piece Fish Combo with Coke Slaw, Onion Rings, Hush Puppies, Crab Cake, and a Diet Pepsi. It was very good. I will probably be back. I just wish they had an app

They’ve messed up the order several times through DoorDash and then when I go through the drive-through they give me no coleslaw and then there’s a long hair in my soda absolutely disgusting. Ordered a burger without lettuce. They added lettuce, and we handed it back to them to be corrected. They just scraped some of the lettuce off and gave it back to us. Shredded lettuce is impossible to just scrape off and there were pieces everywhere. Gross! Ticket #1820 on 5/27 ar 1:33pm

This location used to be a good one. After today’s visit my mind has been changed. Waited for 20 minutes for our order ($22 order) only to release that they had forgotten about us. Meanwhile our frozen groceries we got at Kroger’s are melting. They did apologize and made our order just for it to not be complete. I could totally understand if they were busy but they wasn’t. Now I understand why this brand is dying out. As I’m sure this location will too. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Ewww. Extremely disappointed. Ordered 3 Chocolate Shakes that were literally the worst things to ever grace my BF, his 18 year old daughter and my own lips. NEVER AGAIN! And the cold cheese curds left us confused but sure that we’d never eat theirs again!

Only a 3 today, Based on the Drive thru guy… Very unfriendly! By unfriendly means, when a customer says Thank You, He should say You are welcome… This guy did not, handed bag to my husband and walks away from the truck. Just rude! I also think crew members need to clean up some when you are working with Food, Don’t need to look dirty and long hair on guys working with food. Such yummy shrimp and fish at a high price to have unprofessional people serving you and all of Richmond, Indiana knows the building needs cleaned up and so does staff… Reviews are for honest experiences and It is what it is. Hopefully management will get the mop and broom out and get some cleaning done.
