Nothing like waiting your entire lunch break just to be served so when you do get your food you can’t even eat because you have to go back to work. Thanks for wasting my time and I paid for it. Also, $16 for a small portion of what used to be served. Do Better

Fried food was good and fresh. The coleslaw it kind of looked like they didn’t want to give a full scoop and smeared it around to make it look like more. The fresh Root Beer tap was out of order. Over all I enjoyed the food though!

Chicken and fish pieces have become very small, half the size I previously remember. The Tartar sauce got empty and they brought out individual packets that tasted off. The root beer tapper was out of order, which my family perfers over the fountain dispenser the tapper tastes smoother.

It is a great restaurant. It is small with six tables and four booths. It has some ocean theme posters on the walls and two small menu screens. The food is good with root beer floats. The fish and chicken is fried so a little grease but no taco bell restroom trouble. The people who work at this location are great. If you like fish it’s worth going.

I am a frequent visitor, usually once a week. I have never had a bad experience, until today. I waited nearly 25 minutes for my 2 fish combo, in the dining room. Once my order was finally brought out to me, there wasn’t even an apology for the LONG wait. Disappointing.

They weren’t but one person ahead of us, and it took over 5 minutes to get servers. My wife’s hotdogs was over cooked and burnt on one side. The tables were pretty clean, but the man you could see dirt everywhere. We won’t be back.

All I could taste was salt. Maybe the manager was not sure but was using plates to fan herself. Didn’t get all my sides. People who came in behind me were getting their food. I was so mad!!! They copped major attitude because I said something. Never apologized for nothing, and it was their fault. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER! Will be contacting corporate.

The coleslaw has this stick stuff to it. The fish stinks, the fries were old, the grease used to fry the fish was obviously very old you could smell it on the food. I ordered a $12 meal and it came in a mini box. I’m very disappointed in this store! It took 12 minutes to receive the food after ordering it! When I seen others that were behind me being served I asked about my food and the lady at the counter said I’ll get it right out to you as she turns around picks up a rag and starts cleaning. I traveled over an hour and couldn’t wait for those meal…what a HUGE disappointment
