Worst appearing and worst tasting meal I’ve ever had from any Long John Silvers. I have loved going to these restaurants since I was a kid, and I’ve been to them all over the country. I have never had a worse experience than this. The food looked really bad, but I gave it a shot because, well I love the place. It tasted absolutely horrendous and nothing like any of the other restaurants I’ve ever been to. It was way overcooked and kind of tasted like it’s been sitting. I tried to go there the other day as well right after they were supposed to open but they were not open on time. The outside of the establishment looks really dingy and the menu board has apparently been broken for months if not longer. I can see why this place gets a lot of bad reviews, it’s unfortunate.

My to go order was packed in a container with no lid. Therefore everything was sitting on top of my food. This is without a doubt the worst Long John Silver‘s I have ever been to. Outside of the building at the drive up window was filthy where you ordered your to go. Food was patched filthy you could not see what you ordered. I’ve just never seen anything like this. I would advise no one to eat there. It doesn’t even merit a one gold star

I mean food was okay. Made my brother sick. Hush puppies were good and chicken was a little tough. The restaurant in general was dirty. Employee was sitting at table but always was on it when I asked for something. Floor was sticky. Everything seemed sticky. Looked back into kitchen and it was dirty as well. Hadn’t been to one in forever I thought it’d be the same as my other experiences elsewhere but guess I was wrong about this one. Probably won’t be back. Good luck tho.

I love the food at Long John Silvers. My only problem with the one in Leavenworth, KS is that they always seem to be understaffed. The drive through regularly takes a very long time. It takes as long when you go inside, but it is a comfortable atmosphere, so if you are ok with waiting, it is not so bad. The food is quite expensive for fast food, but it tastes great. I love that tender, flaky, perfectly fried fish.

So when is Long John Silvers going to be going out of business in Leavenworth, Kansas? I have tried to be a faithful patron to this clearly failing fast food establishment. But now you have officially lost yet another customer. I went through the drive through again today, and yet again was greeted with the same shabby, broken sign that doesn’t even display the full menu. And for the third time in a row, I am ignored. I waited like 7-8 minutes, attempted to communicate with anyone inside. But no response. Then I drive up to the window, nobody in sight. I waited another 1-2 minutes and then drove off. This place is a joke. And it’s very unfortunate. The older guy who I think runs the place is a nice guy. And I can tell he kinda cares about the place overall. But I think it’s probably time to throw in the towel on this place. I’ll never even think about trying to eat here again.

This was the absolute worst Customer service ever after I received my order for what I thought was my order, I I tried to ask for extra condiments that she walked away from the winso I sat there. And waited until somebody would come back to the window and had to listen to a sscheel about how they can only hand out so many, so I offered to pay for it and they said No, then to top it off they had no artificialsweetnerfor ice tea! I had 2 fish/3 chicken combo with cheese curd and fries and a rootbeer float. My fish was overcooked. My chicken was ice cold from the Long. John Silver’s side. From the a and w side, the ice cream was phenomenal in my float, but the rootbeer the flavor was not right
