This had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had by going to a restaurant in a very long time! Took forever for us to get our food, and in fact the lady that came in 5 minutes after us got her food 10 minutes before us and left the restaurant with her two children. When my food finally arrived my $10.99 coconut shrimp platter was served to me on a small styrofoam plate with barely any amount of fries, the Corn was cold and tasted dirty, then they serve me a tiny amount of shrimp and every one of them were burnt beyond the ability to be able to eat them. When I went and complained and asked for new ones, then they served me undercooked coconut shrimp. I noticed also while biting into these coconut shrimps that they still have the intestinal Trail inside of the shrimp that in good shrimp is removed. I’m going to include two pictures to show you what horrible experience it was for me to go to this restaurant. I would not recommend anyone going to this restaurant to eat, and would suggest going just around the corner to Captain D’s if this is the quality of food that that establishment is going to be sending out. The restaurant staff was fully aware that that was unacceptable for them to send that food out, but yet they did it anyway, and if they could give a s*** less about the quality of the product and the quantity properly matching the price that you’re paying for, then don’t waste your time going to this restaurant for a good seafood experience when right around the corner Captain D’s will provide you just that! I used to be a die-hard Long John Silver’s fan, but my last two trips to this restaurant have been poor, and I decided to finally review the location this time, as the last time I did not want to give a negative review to one of my favorite restaurants hoping it was only a rare thing that was occurring but I have discovered that it seems like this is general practice for this establishment. Now that I’ve spent over $50 in food in two different trips to that location, I can assure myself that this is not the Long John Silver’s of childhood and teenage memories, this is just a business trying to take as much money as they can from their customers while providing them a poor amount of service and quality of food

I’m really ticked and I mean ticked at Long John silver’s. I eat here 2 to 3 times a week and sometimes more if I’m in the area. I love long johns. The managers attitude in Muncie stinks their employees are starting to really stink in their attitudes. But it flows downward from leadership what can you expect. I will not be eating there anymore. He basically told me my money didn’t matter so let’s see.. when you’re spending $60 to $80 a week and you add that up in a month. Some business would love to have that…. When you’re not appreciative and your attitude reflects you lose customers. They refused to give me a medium cup of ice water after ordering a 15.00 meal. So be careful if your water drinker because they will ball you out over asking for water.

If only 0 stars were an option… this place is the definition of lazy. So lazy they gave our order away that was placed online with absolutely no accountability. I didn’t see a single worker wearing gloves while handling food or hair nets on any of the males with long hair and beards. After they gave our order away they then told me it isn’t their problem and to take it up with DD. I’ll avoid this place like the plague so my family doesn’t end up with the plague from their unsafe food handling. Oh, also don’t make the mistake of ordering online and trying to pick it up at the window, there are no signs before getting stuck in the nightmare of a drive thru, being forced to wait in line to turn around to have them give your order away. I hope whoever stole it needed it, this doesn’t excuse the poor customer service and attitudes carried by the employees.

NEVER AGAIN I would give no stars if possible. Rude and didn’t give us all our food. If you’ve got to cheat people by shorting them on the food they paid for at an already ridiculous price, then close up and find something else to do with your time. Not the first time this has happened but will be the last.

I ordered a pickup on doordash. Went to the restaurant to pick up my order, got inside and the cashier told me my order was picked up. I said no, I am here to pick it up. They said you will have to take it up with doordash someone already picked up your order and I can’t do anything for you. They just let someone walk away with my 60$+ order and did not even check to see that it was not theirs. Will never be back here. Terrible customer service.
