Not bad for a quick bite. I ordered from the A&W side today. The burger was decent. Slightly well done, but all the usual flavors were there. A bit messy in the wrapping, lettuce scattered around but still good. The high point was the fries. They have a light coating that sets them apart from other fast food fries. The root beer somehow tastes better here. I would have gotten a float, but I didn’t want the bg’s. When I have some time, I’ll order off the LJS side.

Extremely disappointed with our entire experience here. The front lobby & the dining room both had sticky floors from the layers of grease on them or they were slimmy, grease + water which was leaking everywhere out of the ceiling onto the floors, tables etc., & it wasn’t even raining outside. The window sills & floors had multiple dead flies [see photos] as if they had sprayed some kind of insecticide in the dining room & didn’t clean it afterwards.

This is the only A&W around the ft. Worth area and I love thier food when it’s done correctly. Growing up with their food in Colorado, there’s a set standard on quality. The buns were stale and hard. Overloaded with sauces that over powered the burgers. Was hoping to get a famous A&W root beer float but was told point blank they don’t have any ice cream! On top of all this the A/C was not working well and created a hot lobby that was unpleasant to eat in. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Haven’t had Long Johns in forever and ordered a 8pc family meal with 5 pieces of chicken and the chicken was inedible. It was so tough, my Crocodile Dundee knife couldn’t cut thru it. Never again.

This location is in bad condition. Had a bad smell when walked in. The area where the soda machine was need attention asap. Looked like it was coroded due to water leak of some sort. Flies while you are. I think the only cleanist thing there well to say visual looked was the tile on the floor. Everything else looked like the 70’s. Couldn’t even get sauce from the condiment bar due to it looking very nasty. Remodel on this location is needed asap. Very hot in there as well. I will not return at all. Waste of gas & money for what i paid for food & only ate 1 piece of my chicken due to me being grossed from dining in.

Fish was excellent! Crispy and delicious! BUT, there was NO A/C in the restaurant! Now, if their air conditioning had gone out today, that would be understandable. But, when I asked about the A/C from the lady at the cashier, she made a point to say they have had no AC for the past THREE MONTHS, while wiping the sweat off her forehead with her shirt sleeve. Personally, I sat in front of the one fan in the seating area and I could only stay long enough to write this review. Management really needs to sort this out! Forget the customers! Think about your staff!!!

The ice cream machine wasn’t working and it’s KNOWN for the root beer floats. The cashier was polite but busy and the place was empty? It makes no sense. I know this place is in a bad location but I just wanted a root beer float guys
