Went to the A&W side. My wife’s burger was good, the fries were a bit cold and the Coney Dogs were terrible. Some sort of quick cheese sauce and some old chili and that was it.

Should have looked here before going. Stay away. When we arrived a guy was mopping the floor. He quit mopping to take our order. He walked right past the handwash station. I almost walked out and should have. After taking our order he resumed mopping. This made the floor slick as a hockey rink. I think it was all soap and no water. Should have swept first. He did not make the floor cleaner. My fries were horrible and the photo is after we all tried one fry. That may have been all that was left. They were not cold (microwave) but were more like mashed potatoes than fries. See photos. The floor photo was at least 5 minutes after mopping and it is still wet and slick. The fish/chicken meal all tasted like fish. My son did say his shrimp was good and the onion rings were decent.

staff was super friendly.they was covered up with the drive through so wait time was pretty long. they wasn’t slacking in their job. and I disnt mind the wait. I did walk inside to order my food. I drove 45 min just to eat me some chicken planks and it was worth the drive. I have zero complaints from this crew and will definitely drive there again. great job with the task at hand. food was delicious.

I gave 1 star because I couldn’t go any lower. The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable of food service. The dining area was filthy. Not just needing the typical after lunch cleanup. I mean filthy. The tables, chairs, walls floors the drink station and don’t forget the restrooms. The food was not hot, ,after waiting for it to be cooked . I don’t know how the health dept hasn’t closed them down

Store closes at 10 but out of everything you could possibly want to order. No hush puppies that come with every meal but get charged the same outrageous prices. Only good review I could possibly give is the drive thru employee provided good customer service. Very likely I will not be back

Lobbys always clksed when we go there , its so inconvenient so we never get to eat the food we enjoy so much.. when service gets better and people are allowed in the lobby we will go back but until then, better sefvice and ecperience at a restaurant with ac where we can sit down and enjoy the food .
