Tried it after years of avoiding the place.. I don’t plan on going back. I ordered 1 meal which had chicken straps in it. It took 15 min to make them, then when those were done the realized that they didn’t have something else. Told me it would be an additional 20 min . I left without that item. It cost way more than I thought it would.

Went to the KFC order extra crispy they were out and it would be 13mins. I told them I would wait, someone yelled in the back she was going to wait like they were surprised. I sat at a table and made a call while waiting. The girl who took my order came over and asked if I got my order I said no not realizing I was there for 30 mins. She took my receipt and came back with my food. I drive 10 minutes to my hotel, shower and get to my food to see it’s completely the wrong order and the original recipe!!!!

Stopped by for lunch at Drive thru. Ordered a L1 lg. w/Pepsi and add 2 chicken planks… Was given an L2 (wrong order) with the 2 extra planks lol… shriveled up and grease logged . The hush puppies and fries were the same way. I have a picture posted. This place has gotten pathetic! Apparently new management is needed along with training for cooks.

The website for this location didn’t reflect the menu correctly. We had to adjust everyone’s take out meal once our family member arrived to place the order. Not very good planing by the ownership.

Customer service was atrocious. I walked in the restaurant and no one acknowledged me for 3 minutes and 38 seconds. The majority of the workers looked at me but did not give me a greeting at all. They saw me but clearly, and intentionally ignored me. It wasn’t until I locked eyes with a female worker that someone finally acknowledged my existence. She sent a young man to take my order and he act as if he didn’t want to. After my order was taken, I sat down and another customer came in. Before that customer fully approach the counter, one of the same workers that stood behind the counter staring at me without assisting me came out to assist the customer. I felt completely disregarded and I will never go back to this restaurant again.

DIAMOND BLACKOUT SHOW
I decided to stop here for lunch because there were atleast 10 cars at nearby Chick-fil-a and was upset at the incredibly slow service of kfc/long John silver. I literally watched 10 cars leave while I still waited for my food being handed to me with a mellow nonchalantness that furthered my mood.
