Nice group of ladies there tonight.I ordered 8 piece fish family deal. Very good coleslaw. They even told me, just a few more minutes were cooking more hushpuppies, so I knew the order status. Very friendly cashier Mariama.

Gross!! The fried shrimp were like rocks and smelled like they were cooked in very old, over-used oil. The fish, fries & hushpuppies were also hard, cold & awful. We went at 715pm and the place was not busy. The contents looked like they had been tossed into the box and tumbled around. Then the box was handed to us sideways. Really? We will never return.

I was very upset that they only wanted to give one sauce for a three tender box. When asked for another they wanted to charge. We do not pay for extra sauce when companies are greedy and don’t want to give you enough in the first place

I went through drive thru to make my order I spoke clearly to the cashier assistant manager Beverly what want so she told me to drive to the drive thru window, so I did . I paid her I proceed to drive from drive thru window I decided to check my order it wasn’t correct. I went back to drive thru window to let her know. I explain to her I order two large coleslaw and one large mash potato. I tell you she very rude with me and arguing with me that didn’t order that, I feel that was very unprofessional to be a manger in charge. She suppose to handle herself in a professional at all time and setting a example around the other employee. I didn’t like her attitude what so ever. I explain to Beverly that she didn’t take my order right. I took her twice what I wanted so she should have comprends what said. Manager Beverly needs to be recommend for rudeness.

While the food was not too bad for being a fast food establishment (we had the fish from Long John Silvers), I don’t understand the need to put a bunch of fried crumbs on top of what was essentially frozen fish from the grocery store. Average meal gets an average score.

We were the only car in line and the person taking the order was impatient and rude and said “the clock ran out of time and we had to drive around and get back in line. They also ran out of the item and substituted a Clicken plank for a missing shrimp. I will never go back to that restaurant.
