Store was so filthy, I will be calling health department Monday morning . I ordered 45 dollars worth of food, I went in to tell the workers I didn’t get the shrimp in my 35 dollar meal, I was told it doesn’t come with the meal anymore. I told the guy at the window there is a picture of this meal out on the ordering sign and I assured him it does say shrimp, I told him it’s ok I would like to return the wrong meal and get my money back, he went and got Brittney the “manager’ who came to the window with “ there is no way I’m refunding your meal”. She didn’t seem concerned with my issue , she just wanted to tell me the customer how it was going to be. I guarantee I will never go back here. I asked for her corporate phone number to which she answered we are not corporate owned. I think this gal missed her customer service training if the business even gives that to them.

Ordered 2 pieces of fish. When I opened the box I had 1 fillet and then a half fillet. You lost a customer!! Cashier was just there, wasn’t mean but was not friendly at all. She also put my order together!! Plenty of folks in the back working!!

Didnt get what we ordered, asked for extra sauce and didnt get any, got charged $35 for $22 worth of food, waited 30 minutes, talked to manager and asked to wait again for 15 more minutes, to try and get our order right.

My daughter just surprised me with lunch for my birthday. Fish and chicken. It was AWFUL!! So greasy, OLD GREASE!! Stunk of old grease! Not golden brown, muddy brown. Whole dinner dumped into one big pile mushed together. So disappointed. If I wasn’t stuck at home I would of returned it.

Kayleigh gave great customer service! They have limited chicken after 8!! The fish seemed like they took it out of a warmer and thru it in the fryer. The hush puppies and chicken were all very greasy. The fryer oil either needs changed or they precooked our food. I have always had good food from this location. I wont go there after 7! It was bad… Update: I should have paid attention to my own review. Tried the fish again, thinking it may have gotten better after a few months since my last visit. Nope! It was worse and it made me and my sister sick this time! They wont answer a phone. Usually if your sick the next day it is food poisoning. So maybe I should try that phone number!

I share a similar experience that others have. Food was overcooked. I ordered 1 family meal (8 piece chicken) and sides. I was the only vehicle in line. No customers were in the dining room. After ordering, I was asked to pull into a parking space so that someone could bring my food to my vehicle. Upon pulling into a spot, I noticed another vehicle occupying a parking spot presumably waiting for their order as well. After 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to go inside to inquire about my order. After another 2 minutes of waiting inside, my ordered was brought to the front counter. 15+ minutes is entirely too long to wait for 8 pieces of chicken considering the circumstances.
