The service was good, better than McDonald’s. The food however is greasy. As a kid I loved KFC but I haven’t eaten there in a long time. Thought I would stop by there on my way home from work for the family. I ordered two mashed potatoes sides one was supposed to be without gravy it was not. I ordered two sides of Mac and cheese which were fine and four pieces of chicken. I didn’t see them load the bag but had I seen that I would have changed my order from small sides to large. There is not enough food in a small side to feed a cat. I paid nearly $20 for such a tiny amount of food. Eating out is becoming less and less appealing.

I visited KFC with a good size online order to feed 4 adults. When I arrived at home, my wife had went through the bags and found that the side of chicken wings wasn’t there. (I had noticed also that I mistakenly ordered a small and not large side of Mac and Chesse and forgot to order cole slaw.) When I went back to KFC to ask about the wings and place an order for the cole slaw, I struck up a conversation with the manager on duty who too care of me. When done she gave me on the house and extra wing and a large Mac and Cheese in addition to what I had ordered. This gesture was a perfect way to take care of a mistake and make an unfortunate situation a win for KFC. Great customer service has its benefits. You know that I will be back and won’t consider the new Popeye’s closer to home. Thanks KFC. Job well done!

Already gave Long John Silver’s 5 stars for obvious reasons (it’s good af) but whoever was making the food yesterday (2023-04-11) around 5pm deserves an award. That was the absolute best LJS I’ve ever had. I wish I would have taken a photo but I couldn’t hold off long enough.

I’m in here right now and the music from the kitchen is blaring nothing but cuss words!! Sounds like I’m at a bar instead of trying to sit down and eat somewhere!!! It’s ridiculous that have to tell my 5yr old daughter to just ignore the music (if that’s what it’s called) very very unprofessional!! Won’t be back
