This is one of the cleanest KFC/Long John Silver’s I’ve been in. Very nearly immaculate and well lit and nicely decorated. The young man (Dillon) behind the counter was friendly, attentive, and great with customer service. It is the best customer service I’ve had at a fast food place in a long time. Definitely recommend.

Notice: dine-in is not available as of August 2022! The chicken tenders I ordered were soggy and most parts of the meat were mushy. The fries were either cooked in old grease or they were sitting out for some time. The biscuits, chocolate chip cookies, and drinks are good. Customer service was very good as well.

Food was great for me. My wife thought some of her chicken was undercooked. I had the fish. They were slow but we weren’t in a hurry. Place was mostly clean and workers seemed professional. We will eat there again. Many of the tables were dirty.

I’m so sick of wasting my hard earned money on nasty fast food! Just came here, ordered a chicken nugget kid meal asked for KFC sauce (did not get it) and a TWO piece fish and shrimp and a Dr pepper, get home to find ONE nasty looking piece of fish, 3 shrimp, maybe 10 fries and one hush puppy. My Dr pepper was so nasty I took one drink and poured the rest out. Never again will we be back here and I’m seriously done wasting my money on any fast food!

Excellent food and nice crew. Was a bit strange that they basically don’t have anything ready. We have been there 4 times in a row over 6 weeks. Each time we had to wait, or were simply told the items were unavailable…no offer to wait while they prepared them.

Drive thru menu has very few options on the LJS side, just expensive ones not the specials. Annoying. Quality of fish isn’t near Captain D’s and LJS costs more. I haven’t been to a LJS in years… no loss. The shrimp were large, and perfect so 2 stars. Fries greasy sack had grease running out.

Arrived to the dining room at 6:43pm and was told by the staff the lobby was closed. Sign on the door says dining room open till 8pm. Went somewhere else because i will not be forced to eat in my car so you can leave early.

Was kinda put off by cooks with beard cooking and a young man with big hair to his shoulders. They did have ball caps but not considered sanitary. All females had hair up and cap coverage.
