Had to wait a while to get our food which came out fairly disappointing. The hush puppies were great and fries were mediocre. But the chicken planks were aweful. They looked good, but part of the breading were super hard and impossible to bite into,and the chicken inside was so dry and chewy it was disgusting.

The gentleman who took our order was not one bit friendly. After 15 minutes of watching others get their order I went up to ask about mine. Guess what, it wasn’t even put in. ugh. unfriendly workers . This is the KFC on mockingbird near skillman ave. in dallas Texas. Also I don’t like that you order the chicken for one price aand that then tell you that sides aren’t included and you have to buy separate? where is the family pack that use to include the sides all for one price?
