The staff was extremely rude and sarcastic. The food isn’t even great too. Very dry and disgusting. They also closed the dining room early and when we asked why and if we can go in, she said it closed at 9 pm even though it’s not 9 yet and she even said if you want to come in, nobody will take your order sarcastically and was even borderline yelling. Never go there! And they should fire the girl who was working there. I was there at 8.40 pm on 8/27/2023.

So today 8/20 12pm girl working drive through has the upmost little man syndrome. Arguing with customers because they’re asking for their receipt and condiments. Then continues to talk bad about the customers through employee headset. She lacks basic customer service skills. Like homegirl go work somewhere other than the food industry or learn people skills. HR please make better selections cause your staff is loosing you business.

That about does it, will put this place on the 1x a year schedule to see if it does any better. Order wrong, chicken seamed twice cooked and over greasy, heack one person when in line asked it it was fresh today. So I can’t be the only one with a complaint. Off to JoleyBee

Service is horrible, always something at this location, the staff is rude even when they make a mistake! Had a worker slam cocktail sauce on the counter when I asked for it. This location is poorly managed! Lacking in proper customer service! Every time I have been there , it’s some type of problem.

It definitely doesn’t taste like it used to and the prices went up extremely.. everytime I order something they’re they’re always forgetting things in the order but if you call they are quick to fix the mistake. The atmosphere isn’t the greatest and that’s because of the location as well.

So basically I had went through the drive through to order and when I asked for a drink that I wanted the woman who was working the drive thru had an attitude. It seemed though the Latina woman and the younger sistah was not agreeing with each other at the time being because the sistah had her back facing the drive thru and and the Latina didn’t even really wanted to work or give me my change she also just threw the bag at me and I was not greeted. I don’t know what’s going on but these people don’t need to work there or the environment is extremely toxic
