I drive 40 minutes to get here because I love the food and it’s the closest one to my house. It is one of the cleanest restaurant and the food was cooked to order. Also, I received great customer service.

Very clean and organized to be a fast food restaurant. I entered about 1pm on a week day. The dining area was spotless. I placed my order, and the counters and condiments areas were cleaned and stocked. The food prep areas and floors were very clean and organized. There were only 2 workers on the shift, but they were on point with completing my order. The food order was correct and tasted good.

Visit this location maybe once or twice per year but the drive thru wait is usually ridiculous (staffing issues maybe?) and have never received my order correctly even once unfortunately. Keep thinking “maybe it’ll be better this time” but it never is.

We arrived at 9:15 & the lobby was closed. We waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes because they were only taking one order at a time. They had to replace our tacos because they didn’t have all the ingredients. They were out of hush puppies so they offered me extra fish. The fish & fries were cold so asked for fresh food. They took the food back & when they gave it back the fish & fries were drowning in grease. They recooked the old fish that looked like it was prepared that morning & recooked the fries. At this point my appetite was gone so I requested a refund. I drove 25 minutes to this location specifically for LJS to only be disappointed again.

The food here look disgusting the fish we ordered look like it had been sitting in the back for a couple hours we got a refund and left I’ll never go back there. It was easy to tell the fish I’ve been fried in old grease.

When here after Hammerheads. I wanted fish, I was extremely rudly informed that the location stops servings Long John Silver’s at 10 PM. This is BS, If you serve worthless taco bell, you should as well serve LJS.

A little long wait time but the food was cooked fresh. Employees were friendly. September health score of 96. Everything was super crispy and dripping oil. Definitely not a big fan. Only 3 sides hushpuppies, fries, and coleslaw. No kids meals offered. Won’t return.
