The was food overcooked and hard. The drive-thou worker doesn’t listen. We had to repeat ourselves several times. Then our order was wrong. The drive-thou has an old damaged menu and the lights are damaged. They need to upgrade the entire restaurant. New everything including the staff.

I ordered from this location before and it was not bad but tonight 12-2-21, it was horrible. I ordered for my family, I live 5 minutes away, I arrived home, the food was cold, greasy and salty. Cashier gave me drinks and said good night. I was like where is my food, I should have known.

I don’t know what has happened to Long John Silver. It seems that since they have joined with Taco Bell, their quality of food, customer service and leadership has deteriorate. I feel the same about Taco !!!

Just a mess all combos come with hush puppies. And on this particular day they informed me at the drive-thru that they did not have any hush puppies which is already included in the price for a combo that is around $8. When I acquired about why am I still being charged full price when I’m not receiving a big advertised side or could I get something extra instead I was read back with an attitude. That’s fine when I drove up there I asked again if there was something extra in there since I’m paying full price and she told me she did not know so I told them they can keep their order because I refuse to be stolen from me $2 or $1 from every customer that goes to that line from not getting hush puppies all because someone was inadequate to order enough hush puppies or too lazy to cook them. I have not eaten at Long John silver’s in over 15 years. My understanding it is a failing franchise and I really see them anymore because the food quality is pretty bad and the customer service is worse. Probably my lifetime I would never eat a Long John silver’s because by the time I have a taste for Long John silver’s after this experience Long John silver’s more likely will be out of business and closed for good. I called the store after this experience and of course the published phone number kept ringing and ringing and no one answered. That shows me lack of ownership lack of concern it shows that they are to the point where they don’t give a damn anymore.
