The food tasted old. The fries were cold and mushy meaning they weren’t cooked all the way. The oil that they fried the food in tasted old, needed to be changed to new. I’m pretty sure that’s why none of the food tasted good but the staff was very nice and the place was really clean.

It’s a hit or miss for me here, sometimes it’s better than other times like tonight’s dinner for instance the chicken and fish both were dry and the hush puppies were no better I would have to say the fries was the star of the show for this meal. Hopefully they will do better in the future

The food is always fresh. We ate the long johns and not taco bell. Only 3 stars because the fountain drinks tasted flat and there is evident water damage and others signs of aging in the building. Maybe its due for a remodel. The staff gets 5 stars they where all very professional and courteous in there duties. Thank you to all of our food industry service members.

I was surprised with the quality of the food… fair price in comparison to some so called hi end seafood places… I rang the bell for long John silver… I was not very impressed with taco bell which is connected. My boys made a simple request for potatoes in their burritos and they were disappointed to not have that part fulfilled… no big deal…

Decided to support a local restaurant after picking up my daughter from work in pigeon forge. Which means I drove about forty minutes and waited until I was almost home to stop somewhere. I went to Taco Bell and Long Johns. Wanted fish and more. I eat fish and more with tartar sauce always. Asked for tartar sauce twice. After I arrived at home and was going to eat, there was NO tartar sauce. I called them and they said they could not compensate me at all and wanted me to drive back. It is almost 10pm I do not wish to drive back. I just drove from home to pigeon forge and back home. The guy kept saying the sauces were free. I understood that the sauces were free, but was denied the sauces. I just wished they would have given them to me to begin with after asking twice. It’s not a hard thing to comprehend. They told me it would be easier to compensate me with Taco Bell and said they really couldn’t do it for Long Johns. And the guy kept calling me sweetheart! I finally just told the guy to have a good night and hang up.

Wasn’t happy the food was just right down old. The fries should of been tossed out and remade. Fish was not even medium warm top with the hush puppies. After ordering the two meals L8 came way out to fast. To have things fresh was not happy with it. Not next question is will I be back will be seen.

After driving from home to this location I found out by a sign on the front door that they were going to be closed from 6/27/21 through 6/29/21 due to floor repairs. Would have been nice if it was posted on their big sign in front of the store instead of having to waste time of pulling in the parking lot and seeing the small sign posted on their front door. Might consider posting info on your big sign prior to doing repairs in the future.

Please change your oil that your fry your fish in more often because everytime me and my husband have been through here over the course of the past year, almost every time, the skin on the fish is almost black, it’s gross and it doesn’t taste good at all.
