Ohio tickets with Robert
Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 fish dinners. Update 7/29/2023 I went back again big mistake, drive thru line was backed up. Once I ordered couldn’t pulled forward for a few minutes. I ordered a craving box for my friend and they got her order correct. Mine they forgot the $2.59 coleslaw I ordered. The fish was adequate and french fries soggy plus the huppies very dry. I will include photos of mine and proof I paid for coleslaw and didn’t get it.

I just spoke with Mark. A manager at this location. Not only was he professional. He was nice. This was a drive through order. I requested that they drop fresh fry’s and fish for my order. They said it would take 10 min. Yet it only took me 3 min or so to get to the window. Being a Long work day and hungry. I just drove and proceeded home without opening the food. French fry’s were soaked in grease and not warm much less hot. Fish was warm not hot as if it would have been fresh. Hush puppies hard as rocks.

I had called in ahead of time, because some long john silvers (romig rd) still do all you can eat on Sundays. They told me they do not, but they were open. Drove down from Stow, Ohio only to find out Long John Silvers side of restaraunt is closed on Sundays. Highly disappointed. Talk to someone on phone, and they never mentioned that side was closed. Just so you know, on Sundays, you are only able to order Taco bell. Terrible marketing. That’s why the 2-in-1 stores never work out.

This Taco Bell location is great! My food is always put together nicely and not slopped together . Service is usually pretty good. I would recommend going through the drive thru for faster service.
