We used to have a Long John Silvers on Business 121 in Lewisville, we loved it! It was run by white friendly folks. My kids wanted half fish, half chicken all the time. For some unknown reason they shut it down and tore it down. We tried this location a few times, thumbs down. Folks there are illegals, barely speak English, terrible, terrible food and service. We stopped going to this establishment. Sad it came to this, what a waste.

When I walked in the restaurant looked like it had been hit by a mob. It was messy there was not a clean table in the place. Once I got to the register I had to wait on the guy running the drive thru no one else came out to help me. There where 4 people in the building none looked happy to be there. Once I ordered and got my food I sat at a less messy table. It all tasted as expected the fry’s are always terrible. Lol the guy on drive thru cleaned some tables off. As I ate.

Do not eat here omg took us 20 mins to get food the place is dirty everywhere floors trash can the tables are sticky just disgusting. Tie staff cares more about the drive thru them the customer inside when I goty food the lady threw down my tray with my food had a attitude code enforcement needs to go out there do a clean inspection. Absolutely disgusting! Everything had burnt crisps on it! The chicken planks were hard as a rock with black crunchies all over them! Do not go here! The hush puppies were over done, rock hard balls of brunt grease. The workers and management should just quit. Obviously you don’t care about quality or even decency.

Went thru the Drive thru. A cashier was standing waiting for another guy ringing me up. The Mgr was training. I smiled he did not. Dead look on his Face. I thought I remember you before. Rude then too. Got home, the fish was cut I half. Like what happened to the Quality. Ugh. And I love LJS, but this is the Closest one to Carrollton.

Today I went through drive thru received a to go in a big in boats as if I was dining in. Then when I went inside drive thru employee referred to my husband and I as this guy wants you. Then to make it worse the manager walks up and says that it policy to serve open containers in Taco Bell bag is false as since 2002 I’ve been visiting this location sad day when management goes along with bad service.

Omg was craving long johns we go inside to eat this place is dirty from the time you walk in there is trash every where all the tables are dirty sticky like no one has cleaned at all the staff to busy worried bout the drive thru not to care about people eating inside that order door.
