I went through the drive through and it was as usual. Not friendly but not loathing to be there kind of customer service. Terrible food. Since I’ve worked in fast food before I can tell when oil is being used entirely tooucu and not cleaned out. This is exactly what the problem was and possibly over cooking. I ordered long john silvers which was great where I used to eat it however I suppose I won’t be eating it anymore. Terrible quality long john silvers food here, I can’t speak for the other food. Very unfortunate I can’t indulge in this once in a while since it seems the reviews haven’t changed much.

Took 14 minutes just to order.didnt Evan have the drawer in the Cash register. Food handlers not wearing gloves while making the food and banging tongs used to get food from the fryer on there dirty pants. The fried food was taken directly from the fire and put into the tray it wasn’t allowed to drop

I don’t know if they’re always this bad. No one there has an understanding of English apparently. I ordered their 15 PC grilled shrimp. Said grilled twice when ordering , confirmed “shrimp would be grilled” at the window when I paid, and still was presented with battered deep fried shrimp. When I said they were supposed to be grilled, she went and got another Spanish speaking associate who said “15pc?”. I said they were supposed to be grilled. She said “no, sorry” and handed them back to me. No sauce, just deep fried NOT GRILLED shrimp.

We ate Long John’s and after like 5 minutes of standing at the counter our order was taken then after the food was ready we sat down all the food seemed like it was cooked in old oil, we had fish and shrimp the shrimp was overcooked or cooked too hot the shrimp was rubbery and breading dark brown and crunchy, the fish was a little better but breading tasted like burnt oil. We will try this restaurant at another time and are hopeful for better results.

If you enjoy cold fries, greasy fish and deep fried balls of dough then this place is for you. Complete waste of $12.00. Never been there before, and never going back. Best part of this meal was throwing it away. The only reason I gave it one star is that there was no way to write a review without giving it something. Avoid this place at all costs.

The fries typically taste old an not very tasty. The chicken taste decent but not great. The food would be better if it were fresher and not taste like it’s been sitting since lunch time. The staff was great except 1 employee at the drink machine holding up customers waiting to get a drink because the employee would stop in the middle of getting his drink so he could play on his phone. When he finally noticed I was waiting on him nothing changed and not even a oh sorry about that or nothing.
