Loved everything! The people complaining about the food are just… dead wrong!

Everything was amazing!! We had the best time tonight! I have been excited to try it! The attention to detail on everything was awesome! We tried the chip and salsa and loved it! It also came with guac! I see people complaining about the price on the chips and salsa and I don’t understand that! It was perfect!! We even bought two for our table! My favorite tacos were the chicken tinga and cauliflower tacos! We also tried the street corn and loved it! Our margaritas were so tasty! I had the hangover Marg and the longboard marg! Loved them! Then we decided to try the key lime pie and churros and Omgosh they were so delicious! Then went to use the restrooms and wow they are beautiful and the design in there I want to replicate

This place is really cute! It has a great outdoor patio with a nice view, unfortunately the menu needs some help. Very small menu with not a lot of options. While the tacos were pretty good they were gone in 3 bites. None of the tacos come with a side and $5 for an appetizer size taco not great! The chips and salsa trio should be on the table for you to enjoy when you are seated. Chips were light and crispy but the guacamole has no flavor and the salsas were just ok. It’s got a great concept but needs to be bumped up in the food category. The servers were very nice as was the hostess. For two of us to have lunch was $65.

Owner has hit it out of the park with this one. Beach vibes, great service- staff is well trained, excellent food. Great family environment or date night; as it was for us. Top it off with #Views. A must on our list of CS hangouts and eats.

There are more drink options than food options. I would come back for happy hour but if I was looking for dinner as the primary goal this wouldn’t be my first choice.

I have been excited for this place to open since I first saw the sign of it coming several months ago. So when I finally saw that it was time and that it had opened, I got the gang together and we did dinner. I really like the outside/inside vibe that Longboard has set up. However, that is where it about ends.

This place has potential! A few things: high noise level; serve lighter corn tortilla chips instead of thick flour ones; ask customer about taco spice level—for some, too spicy; no cilantro and cheese on cauliflower taco; 2 tortillas per taco. We did not have rez, there were plenty of open tables, but host still took name and phone number before seating. Service could be a little more attentive. Taco and dip flavors were tasty!

This is between a 3-4 star. Casual taco shop. The taco sizes are decent but fairly greasy. Skip the avocado taco as it is more fried batter then anything else. I don’t mind paying for chips and salsa but they have it set at $10 and includes three dips. Would have liked to see a cheaper option with a basic salsa as an option. Atmosphere is cute but they are new and working on getting everything running smoothly.

Drove by and saw that they are finally opened. The server mentioned that they opened 5 days ago. The atmosphere is good, has a beach vibe which is the whole point. For starters the server was polite. We ordered our drinks but the lemonade was watered down. No biggie, We got chips and salsa for appetizer they have 3 different dips so that was a plus, unfortunately the chips were underdone and chewy and they were $10. So giving the benefit of the doubt we waited for our entrees. The carnitas were decent but the shrimp Al carbon ($6) was too salty and they only give you 3 shrimps with a sauce that what I can only describe that tasted like pesto sauce. They are located in a prime area of COS but they have to work a little harder to prove that they belong there. 2 stars.
