First time going to a Longboards, staff was very friendly and helpful but the food wasn’t great. It sounds great via menu until you get your bowl and/or wrap and your portions are 90% noodles or rice and 10% meat. Really?! There is flavor on the meat but the noodles and rice were bland. Disappointed as what flavor was there was pretty minimal. Would prob never go back.

Customer service is outstanding! My Son enjoyed his Mr. Miyagi bowl. I had a bite of it and it was good. Unfortunately I ordered the Carne Asada bowl and I asked for NO cilantro only because it tastes like soap to me, and evidently there is cilantro in their vegetables, and the steak tasted like roast & I was hoping for grilled steak. So it tasted like a soapy roast salad over hot rice noodles. I’ll be sure to try something different next time. Overall the environment & workers are very pleasant. We’ll be back to try something different.

Hardly no meat Not very experienced people working the counter either asked what was on this wrap I paid 15 for and he said only 3 meat chillie in the weap thats all it had chettos on it that i don’t want and also something so hot I can’t even eat it

Had ordered from door dash and wow I’ll never go back ever. The food was so bland and when you get to the 30 dollar range for 2 people it at least needs to have flavor. Had a teriyaki chicken wrap and it had no mozzarella till I got to the last couple bites. I was so disappointed in this I’ve heard nothing but good things bout longboards.
