Server was very friendly and patient in explaining menu. I had three dishes, and they were all good. I would visit again.

A very disappointing experience. While the staff is very helpful and friendly (All the stars given goes to them) food is extremely disappointing. The place was recommended for me as it’s authentic Chinese food. But most of the dishes lacks taste. Make sure to inquire the serving staff about portion sizes and nature of dishes as the English description might be misleading unless you’re already familiar with the dish. The Lamb in “Sliced Lamb with Vegetables in Speicy Szechuan Sauce” was basically a Lamb soup where the Lamb was very bland. Not recommended. “Beef Brisket with Tomato Soup Pot” is Brisket in Tomato Soup and Beef tasted okay. “Sautéed Diced Chicken with Chilli & Pepper” and “Fried Chicken with House Special Hot Sauce” was equally okay and tastes comparatively better. “Seafood Tofu Soup” was good. All the above dishes were enough for 2-3 individuals.

The most delicious and authentic Chinese food I have ever had. I went with two of my friends from China and they ordered everything. The Mongolian beef was excellent, a bit sweet which provided a nice contrast to the other dishes we got. The Chengdu Style beef with tofu in hot chili sauce was excellent. It is quite spicy, especially it you eat the dried chili’s that are in the dish. If you eat it with white rice, the level of spice is perfect. The pork and green peppers was delicious as well, the peppers were cooked perfectly. The pork buns had a nice flavor but the ratio was a bit off, too much bun and not enough filling. Overall this is one of the best meals I have had in Bloomington and I will be back very soon.

We came a little late/close to closing time but was grateful that they still let us order and dine out on their patio. The food was amazing and tasty! We ordered around 5 dishes and bubble tea and it was all very delicious. Their portions are massive too! So you will have left overs. The taste of everything was great and not too spicy. Would def recommended if you are in town to swing by. Nice and friendly staff also!

We have eaten at LF many times during the last year. The dishes from the Chinese menu are excellent and legitimately spicy. The staff is gracious and friendly. Will definitely return.

I am sorry to say that the dining experience left much to be desired. The flavors in the food didn’t capture the authentic essence that characterizes real Chinese cuisine. It’s not solely a matter of whether it’s authentic or not; it’s about the very essence of the dishes themselves.

My first impression of this place was fabulous. The owner, staff, and management was accommodating. They made sure to make me feel at home. This rare treasure of a place is beautiful. The food was delicious as well as the bubble tea. I highly recommend going here. The fish fillet with crab roe is amazing on the tastebuds!

Loved my Chengdu Beef and Tofu. Beef was extremely tender. Most authentically Chinese dish I’ve had in the States since traveling to Beijing frequently on business. Portions are very large. Be forewarned – their dishes can get very spicy very quickly. Service was competent, albeit somewhat frazzled

Came for the almond boba. Boba was more soft than chewy, flavor of the drink was like a wedding cake!
