Very upset with my experience at Longhorn steakhouse. Three of us ordered French onion soup and asked for it to be served extremely hot (because we’ve had it in the past when it was barely warm,). We waited a long time for the food, and when we finally received it all three French onion soup’s were barely lukewarm, and the cheese was not even melted. It was one lump of cold cheese. What’s even worse is that I asked for the lunch special cheeseburger cooked “medium” and I got a completely raw hamburger! I also asked for the bacon to be extra extra crispy, and it was not. I’m so glad I cut the sandwich in half to see inside before I took a bite of this. The waiter was not apologetic at all, I showed him the sandwich and that it was raw, and he said “I will have them put it back on the grill!” Instead of telling me that they would make a new one.

We ordered two Flo’s fillet one 6the other 9 oz. Both steaks arrived cold. Our waitress brought them back to the kitchen got them heated and brought us back warm but not hot as it was supposed to be. I am not sure what food safety rules in NY are but in Canada once the food is eaten it cannot be taken back to kitchen to be reheated and served again. The fillets were though and chewy rather than being tender. The broccoli was so soft from cooking that you did not need to chew maybe drink them as soup. I would not recommend this joint for steak lovers. If you have to eat their bread is better than the steak. Not sharing steaks photos as they were very unappetizing and I do not want to ruin anyone’s appetite. Instead I shared the photos of salad and bread.

The waitress was very prompt and the steaks were delicious. I would have given 5 stars but the person I brought said their streak was a little bit more cooked then they would of liked. The chocolate stampede was to die for. I actually could not finish desert and took it home for later which I’m glad I did.

Sweet Escape
After a long day of shopping we were looking forward to a nice meal. My mother and I both ordered a steak meal and BOTH dishes came out after 1 HOUR of waiting DIRTY with food stuck underneath (looks like they never washed the dish). Asked for the manager right away and the manager had the nerve to tell us “the dishes are washed, it’s the counter that was dirty” like that makes it better????? The food was stuck to the plate, the plate was NOT washed. Disgusting. Will NEVER return. Terrible experience

The food is always 5 star? You can’t go wrong with a 12oz Ribeye, mac and cheese, and the Red Rock shrimp with rice pilaf. A good nap is on the menu after that. You might need a sweater, it’s a little cool in there.

I have always enjoyed my meals. The wait staff are professional. Prices are very fair for what you get. The only thing I would like better is less chaotic noise from the diners, but that means business is good. This will not discourage me from going there. Delicious desserts.

Never disappointed when I stop by to eat here. Stopped by for dinner on a Friday night. Was really busy! Thought it would be a long wait, but i joined the waiting list online ahead of time before driving over to longhorn. Only waited a few minutes for a table. All the food was good. I absolutely love how fresh the salad always taste.
