It was mother’s day so I expected them to be busy. The bartender was fantastic and very quick to wait on me. Food overall was good but my steak was a little tough in my opinion. I did order medium well but it was more on the well-done side. No real complaints though as the rest of my meal was great. Definitely a convenient location at a place I will come back to

This was the store geographically closest. Next time I’ll make the drive. I’m rarely disappointed with longhorns but wow. Erika? Our server was the highlight. She was pleasant and efficient. I read reviews but wanted to give them a chance. Nope. Not really busy and the empty tables were cleared, but we noticed a persistent fruit fly right when our food came. My brussel sprouts were hammered, inedible incinerated. I returned them, something I rarely do. My salmon was clearly the end (tail) piece and looked like it had been broken off of. To be fair, no complaints about my nephew’s steak and fries, though. While waiting for his birthday dessert I noticed the accumulation of flies hovering behind him at the top of the booth. 4 or more lingering. Enough. On the way out at the host stand a trash can overflowing, host just standing there oblivious. A quick scan didn’t locate the health inspection. It’s only a matter of time

New LongHorn located near the Carolina Premium Outlets. Server was attentive and wait time was minimal. I would highly recommend the Outlaw Ribeye, Wild West Shrimp and Fire Grilled Corn On the Cob. Everything was cooked to perfection!

Today was their Grand Opening, I must say they did not disappoint us. It was packed we did not have a wait time. The staff was friendly and showed alot of team support. Their service was fast, our food came out within 15 min of ordering it. Everything was hot and fresh including the bread and tea. I hope our next visit will be just as good as it was today from beginning-to-end!!!

For this establishment to have just opened, writing this is disappointing. Came here alone on tonight 6/30 to dine. Got sat at 10:10, and didn’t receive service till 10:46 only after returning to the host stand to find out what was going on. My server approached my table and said “This table is supposed to be closed, what can I get for you”. Silverware was dirty, chicken was undone, and this is how my meal was given to me. Not the service, atmosphere, or quality of food I’m used to when dining at my favorite steakhouse.

My husband and I was invited to Friends and Family soft opening through a family friend. Customer service was a 10/10 and food was a 10/10. I’m soooo happy we have a new location in Charlotte and I don’t have to travel to Pineville. The food was top tier and very fresh.

This was the worst Longhorn I’ve ever been too! The floor underneath our table was dirty & hadn’t been swept. Half of the menu items were unavailable & we weren’t aware until it was time to order our food. The silverware wasn’t cleaned & we had to request more by two different people. The ladies restroom was disgusting. There was toilet paper all over the floors in each stall & reeked of pee. The service wasn’t up to par either. Overall, I don’t recommend this location to anyone!

Came here during lunch time since the place didn’t seem too busy. The service was great and we had no problems with anything at all. I got my usual parmesan encrusted chicken with a sweet potato, and it was better than I remembered it! Plus, it was HOT! I would definitely return again.

For such an amazing atmosphere, unfortunately, the food is a little bit of a letdown. First, let’s start with the food. The longhorn steakhouse’s steak seasoning was on point but it was undercooked for a medium rare. Yes, it was raw and my fiancee was nice enough not to return it.
