The steaks are well seasoned and so good!! I have been to very high-priced steak houses. However, we continue to come back here for a flavorful steak! The service is great at this location. The prices are great, especially for the quality of steak…very delicious!!

The food was good, but the atmosphere was horrific. There’s thick dust all over the place. They need someone to deep clean. The lamps are that kind of sticky dust that’s not easily wiped away. The ceilings are scary. What does the kitchen look like? There are dust balls all over the ceiling and I didn’t even notice it until I was almost done. Clean it up Longhorn.I expect better from you.!

The food was good, but my steak was lukewarm. The salad was good with a few pieces of brown lettuce. That’s happens, it’s ok. The one thing that really got me though was how nasty the place is and I really didn’t notice it until I was almost done. The dust on the lamps and everywhere is just thick and the ceilings are filthy too. You need to have this place deep cleaned. What does the kitchen look like?

Loved the large ribeye steak with sweet potato meal from here. Family had a nice time and enjoyed the food. The service was a bit spotty which is why they lost a star here. We got the wrong drinks twice and took a while for the meal to come. It’s probably due the busy evening rush but still something to be aware of. Anyway I would go again for the steaks. Be sure to order medium-rare to get the full flavor!

Worst customer service ever! Earlier tonight, I placed a curbside pickup order. After arriving, it took over an hour for our food to be brought out. When I politely asked one of the girls working the pickup area to check on our order, she barked at me with nothing but attitude and said they were busy. Seriously? Well no problem. Considering I used to be a regular, I will now never eat here again. Perhaps a teaching moment here from the Manager to the curbside staff would be a wise idea!!
