Excellent service. Not that it matters that much to me, but my steak was a perfect medium. The salad, bead, and broccoli were also cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The sweet potato was over the top delicious. It was like Thanksgiving in a potato skin.

It was about a 20 minute wait to get a table at 7pm on Sunday. They take your number and text you when your table is ready, which I like. Service was great. My friends steak came out undercooked so they took the steak back and made him a whole new steak sland new sides. My food came out perfect. Food didn’t take too long although the restaurant was packed. Overall 8/10, would recommend. I’ll be back.

I loved the Longhorn in Palm Harbor. This place is the exact opposite. The bartender was cold, rude, and hardly even at the bar. I asked repeatedly not to rush my dinner. Less than 10 minutes after ordering she placed my salad and food at the same time. And then before I even cut into my steak she handed me my bill and asked if I wanted anything else. To make it even worse the steak was over cooked, the brussel sprouts were under cooked, and the potato was cold. I will never waste the time or money on this location again.

We arrived on a Monday evening for dinner. There were plenty of seating available. The only wait was for someone to receive us at the main entrance. After being greeted, we were seated and Erin (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) greeted us and took our drink orders. The food order was placed quickly a.d the food came out fairly quick. We didn’t specify tht the salmon be cooked “well done” but Erin was nice enough to take it back and it was cooked to perfection. The ribeye (medium rare) was very perfect. Seasoning was just right.

This had to be one of my worst experiences at a Long Horn Steakhouse ever! The wait to even be seated was well over 45 minutes, with a promised wait of 30 minutes. We were sat at a small booth hastily, instead of giving us a booth with plenty of room (2 adults, 4 kids, 1 in a booster, 1 in a high chair) Our server Imani was very slow, didn’t recommend any food items, she did not bring fresh bread when we sat, she seemed under the influence of something, she did not refill drinks accordingly, she would disappear for moments at a time, only asked us once how our food quality was. I ordered a steak medium well and it was served rare. Sent it back politely and it came back more than well done. Sent it back again and just asked for it to go. My food items were cold when they were sat on the table, but due to having children out with us I was too exhausted to mention that the food was not warm. The restrooms were clean, but did not have enough toilet tissue, and when I told the manager he brushed it off as if that was not important enough to deal with. My son’s steak was ordered well done and it came to him medium well. My Cesar salad was dry and tasteless. Longhorn was one of my favorite restaurants to dine and enjoy a break away from cooking, but last night’s experience ruined it for me. I will not be returning to this location.

Been going here occasionally for over 14 years. The food has always been consistent. Sometimes you will walk in and there is customers waiting to get a table and no hostess and the place is empty. What happens is they get a large party or multiple large parties and they have to set up and arrange the tables and this location seems to get larger parties.
