Carleton XL (Oblivion)
The white cheddar mushrooms were perfect. The broccoli was amazing with the butter sauce they use for it. It seemed like a hint of vinegar taste in the butter, but it made for an excellent flavor. The filet was perfect as well, a nice crisp crust to a medium rare filet that just melted with every bite. The loaded mashed potatoes were ever so slightly on the cool side around the edges which was the only down side, however, it was likely due to my taking too long to enjoy the broccoli.

She went above and beyond to make sure that my dining experience was top-notch! The food was excellent as always and Holly never missed a beat. Came in for my birthday dinner. Everyone was very friendly, we had two servers and they both did a great job. A couple of members in our party had breaded chicken that wasn’t great and very salty. However, it was handled, and the manager took care of them. I had the 12oz. Ribeye with a loaded baked potato and street corn. My Ribeye was cooked and seasoned perfectly and everything else absolutely delicious!
